The Las Vegas Bakery is a neighborhood bakery at 1028 E Fremont St in Las Vegas, NV, serving customers Wednesday through Sunday. Its best-known specialty is the stuffed concha, a colorful take on a familiar Mexican sweet bread that has drawn attention from visitors and locals alike. Customers also mention classic conchas and pan de muerto, giving you a few ways to explore the bakery’s offerings. If you are looking for a local stop for sweet bread while spending time near Fremont Street, this small bakery is worth considering—especially if its signature conchas are what brought you there.
The stuffed conchas are the main attraction, with flavors and toppings such as pistachio and strawberry crunch mentioned by customers. Reviews describe the breads as visually appealing, and some visitors praise their soft, fluffy texture, balanced sweetness, and creamy topping. Others find certain flavors more ordinary than expected, so experiences can vary. That range of feedback is useful context: the conchas may be a fun treat to try, but it is best to arrive with your own preferences rather than assume every flavor will be a favorite. Pan de muerto is another item customers have purchased, including during seasonal visits.
The setting is small and casual, rather than a spacious café. Visitors describe the bakery as tucked at the end of a strip mall and a short walk from the street; reaching it may involve climbing stairs, so keep that in mind when planning a visit. Customers have also reported that popular items can sell out, with some arriving to find limited options remaining. If you have a particular pastry in mind, ordering ahead or going earlier may help you avoid a disappointing trip. The compact space and focused selection make it a better fit for a quick bakery stop than for a long sit-down visit.
The Las Vegas Bakery is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Its overall listing rating is 3.5 stars from 65 reviews, reflecting a mix of opinions about flavor, availability, and service. Some customers highlight friendly service and say they would return, while others recommend tempering expectations about particular stuffed concha flavors. For visitors exploring downtown Las Vegas and residents seeking sweet bread, this Fremont Street bakery offers a chance to try a locally talked-about specialty. Check availability before making a special trip, and consider arriving early if you hope to choose from a wider selection.

Was so excited to come and try the famous stuffed conchas! The conchas looked so beautiful on social media and in store so I tried 4. Although the bread looks pretty, that’s about all it is. The pistachio and strawberry crunch tasted like average conchas you could get at El Super with the only difference being it having some foam inside. The Ferrero Rocher and Strawberry cheesecake did have more of a filling so I’d suggest trying those, but it did taste quite sugary. It’s worth trying one but I wouldn’t come in with high hopes.
The bakery is located a short walk from the street at the end of a strip mall. There are some stairs to climb so keep that in mind. The bakery is located in a tiny space and by the time we got there they were out of almost everything. I’m glad I placed my order early. The conchas were good and they weren’t overly sweet as I imagined they might be. Very good!
Went after I seen their special buy one get one free with this economy and waiting to have the chance to finally try the viral conchas I took off asap. So stuffed conchas are $6.00 pan de muerto is $8.00 i got a total of 6. 5 stuffed …
Beyond incredible what a Gem of an option at the Ferguson. You deff won't regret making your way over here from off strip or while in town visiting this is a memory you want to keep in your memory box. The taste is incredible made with love daily. ❤️
We grab a 4 pack of concha breads and wish we would have grabbed more. The texture was soft and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. Some of them have a nice creamy topping that melts in your mouth. Customer service was great as well. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you!
