Loved my first visit. Enjoyed the team - everyone was very friendly, and I appreciated their help picking out a color. Wendy's artwork and attention to detail is great and I think my nails (hard gel) are super cute! I appreciated that she heard me when I said I prefer them short. Next time I'll ask for them to be thinner; I'm a little worried about how the back edges will feel as they grow out, and I wish they were a little thinner at the tips.

My experience when I first walked in, I thought it was a very nice nail salon, the atmosphere is clean & very nice. I asked for a pedicure with white gel polish, the lady later asked me if I wanted to get my nails done, she said it would be $90 but didn’t really specify for what ! I told her maybe because I was on a budget and I honestly only came in for a pedicure, well I decided to get my nails done but no acrylic just gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and took her time, the massage was incredible to be honest. Now the girl who did my nails I can’t really say I was satisfied, not only were they doing my feet and my nails at the same time but she asked me what color I wanted on my nails so I ask her if I can get a French style with gel polish, I also ask if they can put gel tip on my toes because my toe nails because the length weren’t even, I got the service done on the 24th of May. The girl with glasses did my nails is about maybe 25-30min well just to say she finished before the pedicure and they started on my pedicure before they did my nails. I don’t like to compare but I’ve been to several other nails salon and my pedicure has last for about two week sometimes even 3 weeks, it’s now June 4th and my toe polish already coming off (maybe they weren’t cured for the right amount of time) another problem I hate when I go to a nail salon it’s the fact the staff communicating in their language which is not a problem to me I speak Spanish so it’s not about the difference but when I go to a nail salon I want to relax and it was just the attitude and the vibe of the girl with glasses who did my nails I can tell she was talking about me from the way she would say something then glance at me , it all started because I asked to get gel tip on my toes and the lady who was doing my pedicure asked something about the shape and I nicely told her “it’s ok you can just do your best to leave them about the same length” that’s when the girl who was doing my nails laughed and started talking to the others about me or what it seem to me she was speaking of me. I really didn’t pay no mind but this is one of the reason I probably wouldn’t return to this place and the other reason was the pricing $120 for everything for it to just last a week it’s absurd to me I left a $10 dollar tip because the pedicure service was good other than the fact my polish is now coming off 🙄

I have been going to the Nail Room for almost 3 years since I moved. The service is excellent and all the staff are great. I always have a design in mind and they nail it every time. I mainly see Jenny, who is so creative and attentive to detail. All the staff have been amazing. Highly recommended this place. They also are one of the few places that do hard gel, which has been great for my nails and they always last 3+ weeks with no chipping.

My sister and I have been coming here for a while. All the ladies are talented and detail-oriented. They always deliver impeccable results, regardless of the design or style I show them. My favorite part is that they take their time working on my nails and willing to make adjustments in my preferences. I recently got this nail set done by Helen. It’s one of my favorite sets. Never disappointed. Plus, their price is unbeatable. Would highly recommend any lady here to anybody! :)
