The Palace Spa

The Palace Spa is a massage therapist in Portland, OR, located at 13429 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97236. It may be worth considering if you are looking for a massage in the area to address back discomfort, sore muscles, or general aches after work. Customer accounts describe sessions focused on easing muscle soreness, with some visitors appreciating a thorough, attentive approach. Experiences differ, however, so it is helpful to review the details that matter to you and confirm the arrangements before your appointment.

The spa is open every day of the week, Monday through Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., according to its listed hours. That daily schedule may offer options for people looking to book outside a typical workday, though availability and appointment procedures can change. Reviews mention both walk-in visits and scheduling, and one customer reported a scheduling issue. If timing is important, contact the business ahead of time to check whether it can accommodate your preferred day and time.

Customer feedback is mixed. Several reviewers describe a relaxing, professional massage and say the therapist paid attention to detail while working on sore muscles and aches. One customer reports returning several times after a satisfying 60-minute session. Other reviewers raise concerns about cleanliness, scheduling, and how pricing and gratuity were explained. One review describes disagreement about the expected tip and the length of a session. These are individual accounts rather than a guarantee of what another visitor will experience, but they are useful context when deciding whether the spa fits your expectations.

Before you begin, it is sensible to confirm the service duration, total price, payment methods, and whether gratuity is optional or expected. A reviewer said they needed cash, while another described a misunderstanding about the cost and tip; checking these details directly can help avoid surprises. The Palace Spa may suit someone seeking a local massage for back pain or work-related soreness, as well as visitors who value convenient daily hours. Its listed rating is 3.9 from 23 reviews, reflecting a range of opinions rather than a uniformly positive or negative experience. Clear communication before booking can help you make an informed choice.
