The Teahouse

Well, we love boba tea 🧋! We are regulars and go to all the stores in central Houston. It’s like a little treat through-out the week. We love the selections, flavors and rewards programs. While we occasionally visit other places, we have been loyal for as many years as I can remember. Great place for family, to play a game for bonding time, but also a place to finish up a quick creative project. Staff are friendly and know us by name at some stores.

12/22/25 They’ve been great these last few times and this is the place to stock up on drinks now. Wifi & computer system all running smoothly so I get my reward points/ Back to the usual! Gotta cut back on Hey Tea since they seem to be a bit over priced and some other tea shops can have crazy lady partner-owner. Tea House have been a consistent franchise. Both their regular owner-run stores and franchise stores all have great drinks and a no-fuss attitude employees and employer. Older review: -Slow WiFi for the checkout and I felt like the line was being held up a bit b/c of it. But the checkout guy was great and didn’t make a big deal about it. He says wifi always acts up when it’s busy. Great customer service and always delicious drinks. Found another drink I like from Teahouse. Limiting myself to one a day now and not 3 sugary ones at a time. Price increases also a reason I need to cut down on boba too lol.

Great service, a bit to many combinations, and really helpful staff offering a few mixes. The place seems clean and it is very efficient. Don’t expect too many natural products, many of the ingredients are powders mixed in the blender, just like the caramel, whip cream, and other stuff you might put on other drinks. Update: half way through this perfumed drink I feel my stomach is about to explode. I understand people may love this, but not for me.

Bought a drink and I do not like being guilt trip to tip at choice of 25%, 23%, 20%. After I press custom, the button does not work at $0 tip. You are required to put an entry. Kinda BS.

Most discusting chemical tasting coffee ever in my life. Initially i was surprised because they didnt even bother to fill it all the way up. For $9, took one sip and left it on the trash. Most discusting thing ive ever tasted. Cant get taste out of my mouth hours later
