So disappointed. My family has been going to the TEA House for more than 20 years and 95% happy with all locations. Today we visited the Kirby location. Everything was good as normal except one thing. We tried a new drink that was on a sign, just for fun. My wife did notice two new employees and a new sign that said no refunds for custom drinks. It made her curious why that sign was there. She tried the new mango / passion fruit blend, and the whole family tried one sip and decided the blend was undrinkable. We took it back thinking that they would offer a drink trade since we did spend almost $6 on this drink we had never tasted before and could not drink. The new staff held up the sign and said sorry no refunds or exchanges. She said even when it’s undrinkable? They said yes thats the policy. Usually a business will replace a drink or the client is unhappy with. Sorry that they couldn’t be professional about the situation and just trade out the drink. We will still go to all the other locations but this may be our last time to this one, and we certainly won’t be ordering any custom blends as they call it, until they correct their policies to be best for clients.
The passion fruit frozen smoothie is absolutely delicious! The spicy popcorn chicken has great flavor with just the right amount of seasoning. The employee who took my order was very friendly and took his time explaining the differences between all the drinks they offer. Definitely stop by and support this business!
Very nice place! Ordered my usual Hazelnut cream coffee and was not disappointed.
Great drinks here, great service and great food. Overall this is an awesome place to hang out and chat with friends. The taro cream drink is so good. I liked the squid balls, the spicy popcorn chicken is spicy! Both came with a sweet sauce which was great. The staff was friendly and explained things well.
Yummy and very sweet passion fruit blended with lychee jelly. Looonnnggggg wait for drinks. 6 others ordered and still it wasn’t ready. Slow service. Fun Star Wars decor
