The drinks were light and icy, with way too much ice, making them tasteless. The tables were also dirty, which added to the unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning to this place.

I called back to inform them the Eggrolls were undercooked. Instead of apologizing or offering to replace the item, they ARGUED with me. They said shrimp and meat were PRECOOKED. I fry Eggrolls very often and do know if the frozen Eggrolls are stick together, they won’t be fully cooked at where they are connected. When asked to speak with manager. They argued there is no manager. She said she made sure that food was fully cooked and that there’s no way it was raw. She argued and dared me to contact cooperate. What kind of customer service is this???!! Young lady you have alot to learn in life! They said they would refund me. I threw the whole thing in the trash before i got a call from them. This time another lady apologized that they would not refund me the Eggrolls if I didn’t bring back the food. I informed them I have all the pictures…. Said nope! RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I have bought many drinks from here before. Never had any issues. Today we went to get drinks for my family and I. We went at 9:45pm. I was drinking it on my way home. When I got to the light on broadway realized my drink was done. So I turn on the light to see that it was 90% ice! Keep in mind it was night time. So I told my husband to turn around because obviously I didn’t get what I paid for. When I went there they refused to remake my drink they said I had to have at least 50% of the drink. When clearly I didn’t get 50% of the drink it was literally like 10%! My husband’s and son drink was fine expect mine. I kept explaining to the guy I didn’t even get 50% and showing him the chopped ice that was all the way to the top and he refused to do anything about it. Also they have never added chop ice to a cream tea . It was NOT A BLEND. Just not going to this location anymore.
