The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea

I've been here several times before and the drinks are always pretty good. I wouldn't say this is my favorite tea house, but I do like the environment and that they have games you can play at the tables. The workers are always fairly friendly. This time when I went I couldn't get points unless I downloaded the app, according to the worker, but when you go to download the app it says that my phone is too new for the old outdated version or something. My preferred drink here is the passion fruit smoothie. I also like the Pina colada one. This time I got it mixed and with 70% sugar. I like that I can get drinks mixed and then I can cut the sugar.

The reason why I gave this two stars is because of how they view customers. Simply the menu display. If you are a new customer or even if you are a repeat customer, the menu display will give you whiplash because it's so far up to the ceiling when this problem can be easily remedied. I've asked this before which was I know that I'm not the first person who made a comment about the menu board being so high up and hard to see. And to make matters worse, there's not even a paper menu or a menu display closer so people can read it. This is such an easy fix which they're actually is a monitor that is eye level that could be used for that what they choose not to. I never seen such a lack of care for customers. I've never had this problem at other competitors but this establishment had to be the special place. Did I get a good smoothie? Yes. Is it a tad bit overpriced that's true as well. But to have that menu display so far up and out of reach and out of sight. It's just plain irresponsible and frankly lazy on the owners part. This one is a head scratcher

This was truly an amazing!! Thank you Stephanie for making my first time trying a great experience. the Taro with lychee gel was so good!! I also ordered the fries and popcorn chicken, both were fantastic!! I will definitely go again. I’m happy it’s so close to where I live. Can’t wait to try more from the menu. My new go to for refreshing drinks.

The service is very fast and accurate to the order placed. Today I received my free drink due to recorded frequency of visit/purchase. Am very happy with the service and its convenient location. You’ll not be disappointed at this Teahouse outlet.You should try it out whenever you get a chance.
