The Teahouse

Parking is right nearby and you’ll usually find a spot, but it’s angled parking so it can feel a bit tight. Customer service was fantastic. the cashier was friendly, helpful, and fast. We got our two drinks within just a few minutes. The teas are rich and flavorful, and the boba is large and fresh. They have a wide variety of flavors, plus great dairy-free options like oat milk or lactose-free alternatives. perfect for those of us who love flavor but don’t want our stomachs filing a complaint later 🤣. Also a great place to sit and work or study good WiFi and a nice escape from the Houston heat.

Food wise: we ordered popcorn chicken, was delicious and had a spicy kick! Would deff order again! Drink wise: I order the taro coconut creamy drink, it was too watery and not much flavor to it. My brother order taro cookies & cream... deff NOT it!! Ambiance: it's cute inside, but very small place, gets crowded, and VERY limited parking. Service: this was our first time checking out this place, and our experience wasn't too good. The cashier charged my credit card and used my entire credit on my gift card. We stood there over 30 minutes waiting to get a refund while customers just stood in line waiting and waiting. Cashier couldnt figure out how to refund my CC or gift card after being charged twice. Finally someone came over and I was given the manager's number and was told to call him in case my credit wasn't received. (I did receive my credit a few days later, but I don't think we'll be going back again).

This establishment offers excellent tea and cold coffee. However, I would advise against ordering the fresh juices, as they may not be prepared with freshly squeezed ingredients.

I always enjoy coming to The Teahouse. Every visit has been a positive experience from start to finish. No matter how busy it gets, I’m always greeted with a smile and such a cheerful attitude. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really makes a difference. It’s rare to find a place that delivers great service so consistently every single time. Highly recommend!

Their bubble teas are delicious, and their teas are great value for the price. The teahouse cream tea is also perfect. I highly recommend it and will definitely return to try more.
