Oh my goodness! Kelly is what nail dreams are made of. She is so good at what she does. Her level of knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are unmatched. She did a polygel manicure for me and I’m truly in love with them! Can’t wait to sit in her chair again next time. Thank you SO much, Kelly! Also want to add that the salon has the top of the line service. They provide yummy grapes as a little treat and also offer a variety of drinks. My go to is their hot Vietnamese coffee.. delicious! Their pedicure chairs are the best I’ve ever experienced. Very comfortable and they massage your arms as well as your back. Definitely with a visit! (The color is DND Jellyfish Candy.)

This nail salon is the first one I’ve been to in 4 years! I couldn’t get my nails done in that time due to my job and school, so I had no idea what to expect. The environment was very clean and welcoming. In addition, the hospitality here was amazing and my nail tech, Hien, was super nice and sweet. We shared good conversation and I was in awe by her work! I would definitely come back again in the future!

Helena that did my gel x nails and Tiffany, who did my pedicure both did a wonderful job! This was my first time here, visiting from out of town and I will definitely be back!! 10/10 recommend! Also the place is super beautiful and very well maintained. Even had somebody cleaning up spots after every appointment, disinfecting stations and routine cleanings. Smelled nice and wasn’t having a chemical smell. Thank you for a lovely experience💞

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your salon, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I arrived at the salon at 5:30 PM and didn’t leave until 8:30 PM. Prior to the service, I provided a reference photo of the nail design I requested and was assured that they were able to achieve the look. However, during the service, it became clear that the work did not align with the original design. I communicated my concerns midway through and requested a change to a simpler French tip style. Despite this, the technician chose to proceed with the original design. Upon completion, I expressed that I was not satisfied with the final result and requested removal. I was informed by front desk staff that I was being “picky” and was advised to return the following day for corrections. While the polish was removed, the nails themselves were left on, and I was asked to come back again for full removal. I was ultimately charged $165 for a service that did not meet expectations. Before leaving, I inquired about speaking with the owner and was told they would be available on Friday. I later received communication indicating the owner would be present on Thursday, so I returned to discuss the matter. Upon arrival I was disappointed again to find no one to help. I did speak with Kelly and I was informed that someone would follow up with me; however, it has now been over a week without any response. This was my third visit to your salon, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect an acceptable level of service or customer care. I felt that my concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed which left me feeling robbed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer experiences.

I’m new to the area and have visited Venetian Nails Salon twice so far, and both experiences have been very pleasant. I wanted to especially highlight my most recent visit as a walk-in. I was warmly greeted at the front desk and informed there would be a 10–15 minute wait, which I had no issue with. I was taken care of promptly after that. Kelly did my builder gel set, and she did an amazing job. She helped me choose the perfect color and immediately offered me a complimentary drink. From start to finish, I felt the level of service you expect from a luxury nail salon. Their pricing is also very fair compared to other salons in the area. I will definitely be coming back and will be requesting Kelly again. I’ve already recommended her to my roommate as well.
