I’ve been going to Dr. Ho for a few years now and I really can’t say enough good things about him. He’s very knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. He takes his time and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, which I really appreciate. The whole office is great too. The staff and nurses are always friendly and make you feel comfortable every time you walk in. I’ve always had a really good experience here and feel like I’m in good hands. I’ll definitely keep coming back as long as he’s in the Tomball area. Highly recommend.
Went to meet with the doctor, with the hope that he’d feel comfortable accepting my medically complex son as a patient . The staff is very nice and professional!!! The doctor however, is polite but he can be condescending with his reactions to what you say relating to the medical world, as if you’re not very bright. It bothered me very much how he spoke to me and his manners. That’s a bad beside manner to have. Clearly, I will not be choosing a doctor that facepalms when I tell him the specialty of my son’s current PCP. Rude.
Dr. Thinh Xuan Ho is absolutely fantastic. He listens, he asks the right questions, and I never feel rushed. His staff is always welcoming and kind. Very friendly atmosphere :)
I won't be back to this office or doctor again. this is my own experience and I am sure others have had better ones. I have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with honeycombing and I am a chronic care patient and require extra help. I have knowledge about my disease and what care I need from a primary care physician. I asked for a referral to palliative care and he refused, I needed blood work due to taking pirfenidone which is hard for my liver he refused and said next month. I know what I need because my illness is terminal and the better care I receive the longer and more comfortable I can live. so that's my experience
I have already filled out 2 surveys. Dr Ho was not the doctor for me. It was very obvious he didn’t care about me or my health. I contacted him through CommonSpirit about several issues. The last time I saw him, he walked into the room and said “just sit there and listen, don’t talk”. What doctor greets a patient like that. He the falsely claimed in the notes that I am an excessive drinker and he counseled me about drinking & driving. We never talked about that and I am not an excessive drinker. He then noted I need to do cardio everyday to lose weight. I am 63 years old and both knees are bone on bone and I can barely walk with a cane. That should tell you how much he cared about my health. I am working on a letter to the Texas Medical Board about his short comings.
