I have been a customer here many times, and unfortunately, the customer service has become increasingly disappointing. Over the past two months, I have repeatedly been told that they do not accept cash payments and only accept credit or debit cards. On top of that, they charge customers an additional 4% card processing fee. When I asked why I couldn’t pay with cash, the staff simply said they didn’t have enough cash on hand. What makes this even more frustrating is that they still display a sign saying “Cash Discount ,” which implies that customers have the option to pay with cash if their card doesn’t work. In reality, cash is not accepted at all. This is misleading and creates unnecessary confusion for customers. A business should provide clear, transparent payment policies instead of forcing customers to pay by card while also charging an extra fee. I hope management addresses this issue, improves communication, and provides a more customer-friendly experience.
Some of the best Thai tea I’ve ever tasted! Super cute little boba spot, you can order ahead or on DoorDash. Must try it here!! No place to sit and drink inside and the parking lot is tiny and gets very busy but worth it!
