Tin Nghia Travel & Income Tax

Tin Nghia Travel & Income Tax is listed as a travel agency in Phoenix, Arizona, at 4546 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015. Its name also references income tax, while available business information identifies the directory category as travel agency. For people in Phoenix looking for help with travel arrangements, customer feedback offers a practical glimpse of what the experience may be like. One reviewer says buying tickets to Vietnam was easy, making the business potentially relevant to travelers planning a trip between Arizona and Vietnam. The available information does not specify a complete list of services, so it is sensible to contact the office directly about a particular travel or tax-related need.

Customer comments point to experiences that vary by request. One traveler found the process of buying tickets to Vietnam easy, while another praised a fast process and a good price for two-way car insurance. Other short reviews describe the service as good and the atmosphere as “perfect” and family-like. These comments suggest that some customers appreciate a straightforward process, personal interaction, and useful pricing. They are individual impressions, however, and do not guarantee a particular price, service, or outcome for every customer.

A more detailed review raises an important consideration for travelers: after purchasing tickets, the customer needed help changing them and felt the follow-up support was not helpful. The reviewer says they were directed to contact the airline, while the airline said the service provider was responsible. If you are booking a ticket that might need changes, ask in advance who handles amendments, what fees may apply, and how support works after purchase. Confirming these details before paying can help set clear expectations and make it easier to decide whether the arrangement suits your plans.

Tin Nghia Travel & Income Tax has a 3.3-star rating based on 8 reviews, so the feedback presents a mixed picture rather than a consistent consensus. It may be worth considering for people who want to ask locally about travel arrangements, including Vietnam-bound tickets, or who are comparing options for the services referenced by reviewers. The comments also make it sensible to discuss the specific task and support expectations before committing. A direct conversation can help you understand what the business handles and whether its process matches your needs.

The Phoenix office is listed as open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
