Tina Newby Realtor - Premier Sotheby’s International Realty

Tina Newby Realtor - Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is a real estate agent serving people buying and selling homes in Tampa, Florida. Clients describe Tina as responsive, candid, and present throughout the process, from early questions and home tours to the details that need attention before closing. For buyers, that means having an advisor who helps them assess a property without glossing over concerns. For sellers, it means practical guidance on preparing a home for market and staying organized through showings. Her approach, as reflected in client feedback, is personal and straightforward: listen, explain the next steps, and keep communication moving.

Buying or selling a home can bring a long list of decisions, and reviews point to Tina’s steady involvement at each stage. Buyers say she offered advice throughout the transaction, helped keep things moving quickly, and remained available when questions came up. One family described a difficult move and appreciated the help getting their house ready to list, including cleaning and organizing support from Tina’s team. Other clients highlight prompt responses, clear answers, and attention to issues as they arise. This hands-on guidance may suit people who want an agent they can reach and who will speak honestly about the homes they tour or the work involved in selling.

For homeowners preparing to sell, Tina’s clients describe support that goes beyond answering questions about the process. Reviewers mention help getting a property ready for the market, organizing around viewings, and handling concerns with urgency and persistence. Keeping a home presentable during showings can be demanding, especially during a move; one reviewer said the team made that part easier. Sellers also value advice, communication, and a clear sense of what needs attention. The feedback suggests a service focused on helping clients feel more comfortable with each decision, rather than leaving them to manage every detail alone.
