You definitely want to arrive early if you want the best selection of bread. I dropped by at 9 AM on a weekday, but because the shop is so busy, most of the items were already sold out. If you get the chance, I highly recommend choosing the breads from the rack, such as the curry bread and cream donut, over the ones on the trays. The tray options, particularly the ones left in open paper packaging, tasted a bit dry by the time I ate them. The line does take some time to get through, but the employees are efficient and work hard to keep everything moving. The crowd is a lively mix of people grabbing their morning caffeine with a pastry and groups of friends and families chatting. While a few of the tables do offer charging outlets, the space is on the louder side, so it might not be the best environment if you are looking for a quiet study spot.

Maybe it was an off day but for one morning during our Denver visit we drove here for breakfast. I had ordered online because reviews said they could run out of things. We ordered 5 different things to try between the two of us. The custard donut and bacon egg pastry were the absolute best. The chocolate banana and peach pastries were good but had a lot of dry crust I just broke off before enjoying the center. The almond croissant was not edible…it was completely dried out without a hint of moisture remaining. Based on other reviews this must have been an off day with the timer in the oven not working right!

A delicious and beautiful Japanese style pastry shop. I love their fruit pastries like blueberry danish. It tastes wonderful when rebaking a bit. The savory pastries are light and good. I wish they have a bit more filling for the curry bun. In any event, it is a good spot to pack yourself up with fluffy bakery that make you happy :)

The breads and puffs are to die for. They are fresh and very delicious! Kids and I feel in love with each and every one we sampled! Love love loved it!!!! We tried Custard, Red Bean, Rich Milk with Rum Raisin, Tropical Fruits, Tuna Tomato. We went around 3ish and by then most of the bakery products were sold out! One word of advice, if you are looking for something specific go early as they are open just till 4.
