I was picking up a sandwich from next Door and some small stature woman with glasses and heavy make up went out of her way to leave the salon, walk up to my car and tell that I should not have parked where I did. After I apologized and explained there were no other spots she continued to yell. I showed her that there were no spots around and she yelled in a different language and went back inside the salon. Terrible staff and will never go here
Awful place, I walked out mid-service. Lady doing my nails did not shape them and refused to clean up my cuticles. The nails in the picture were supposed to be a round shape, as you can see, they are everything but round, every nail is a different shape. When I complained twice, she handed me the nail file and told me to do it myself. She was also talking bad about her customer base refusing to tip well. Maybe if you did nails properly, people would tip. I ended up leaving after 1.5 hours in when all she had done was glue on these horrible, cheap acrylics barely even shaping them in 1.5 hours. Place was also incredibly unhygienic, reusing tools and dusty.
If there is less than one star, I will give it to her one star a lot for her, I went to this place on December 23 around 2pm I don’t know her name I put the time so other employees know how was there on that time, the Lady that try to do my nails was not know nothing, she keped asking me if I don’t like them I can do it by myself, she gave me the tools to shape my nails the way that I wanted, I told her I’m here you to do it for me and paying you? I ended leaving halfway though. I would like to add on the time that I went. It was all herself in the store.

So i parked in front of her nail shop to go to subway and she came out and yelled at me! Saying she was going to take pictures! I was like excuse me? She said go park behind subway, I SAID NO, i'm not walking in the dark in el cajon! If you want private parking get your own plaza! It's public!! No wonder it's all empty with no customers! Now i see why all the reviews are bad! She had an ATTTITUDE!
