Such a cool place- so much variety and excellent looking products! My daughter and I loved picking out a few baked goods each- we can’t wait to return and try more things- we’re planning to go earlier in the day in the future so there’s more items still around! Definitely highly recommend if you like unique and quality baked goods.
I still can’t pronounce the name of this place, but that hasn’t stopped me from eating what might be the best croissant money can buy. The garlic and cheese croissant at Tous Les Jours in South End is ridiculous in the best way possible. It’s like a pizza shop decided to get into the breakfast business and accidentally invented a croissant. Crispy, buttery, cheesy, garlicky... basically everything you didn’t know you needed in a pastry. It’s delicious, borderline life-changing, and absolutely worth stopping in for. Everyone should eat one at least once.
Love this place! I've been to three locations now and this one had the honeydew melon cream-filled bread. Wow! Also the iced matcha lavender coconut milk latte was 5 stars! I plan on coming back to order my wedding cake. If you haven't been to this French style bakery, drop what you're doing and stop-by! You will not be disappointed.
They have an awesome Portuguese egg tart! Plus every pastry I’ve ever had from there is delicious! I work at the yoga studio in the same center, so I’m always popping over and getting a treat! Never disliked anything! …
Staff is always friendly, but I've been disappointed in this location a few times now compared to the one at the Super G in Pineville, because of their portions of cream in the flavored milk bread rolls. The amount of cream to bread is... Sad. The cream is where all the flavor is, so when you just put it on a quarter of the bread length wise you don't even get to enjoy cream in every bite. It's also deceptive when you can see the cream peaking out of the edge, but only because it has been piped on to half of the roll that has been sliced. It's not worth the $4. I'm not sure if they are run by different franchise managers, but I would recommend trying another location if this is the dessert you are going for. They seem to be cutting corners.
