Simply, this is a decent boba place to go in Frisco, affordable price, flavorful tea with variety of options for boba lovers at all ages. I have visited this place countless times to get myself one and, to be honest, I have never gotten enough. My toddler recently discovered my favorite drink, Mango Pomelo Sago that tastes so much delicious and asks me for as many sips as I could allow. That's when I discovered that I should order the drink without tea so my little one could enjoy it without any caffeine concern. As usual, I stopped by TP Tea at Frisco to order that drink today. I personally asked the staff to make the drink without tea for me, as it's shared with the kid. I asked nicely that they could substitute for any kind of liquid except tea for such purpose. At first, they refused my request in a harsh manner. So I said, "please try to make the drink in the way you prefer without tea in it." They finally made, but they made my tea into Mango Smoothies, which I didn't order, and the smoothies was less pricy then the drink I ordered. The staff even threw me an unforgettable face as of I had to accept regardless. Last but not least, no such apologies or any polite action was made to declare that they hadn't done my order correctly. I might assume that those two employees are just exceptional, as I have been at this place for such long time ever since they opened. If the management team ever reaches this review, please have this manner fixed, or else you let those ruin your business in long term.
the matcha strawberry is great! the matcha quality is good and the strawberry doesn’t taste artificial, it comes in mushed junks with the seeds. ordered them as pickup and had no issues!
I love TP Tea, great quality drinks. This location in Frisco has consistent quality drinks, quick & friendly service, plenty of seats, spacious and clean. Tried the Taro milk tea, love it!
This by far is the best tea place in DFW if you have never been here. My favorite is winter melon lemonade and nobody makes anything like this. They have two kiosks so ordering is easy and they are quite quick so I can get my drinks in less than 5 min or so. And WiFi works great and plenty of chargers so my wife and I sometimes go there to sit and relax. I highly recommend this place!
Came here on a Friday night for an after dinner tea. It was busy, but were open tables as people were coming and going quickly as well as ordering to-go. They had the usual mix of hot & cold teas and coffees as well as smoothies and their specialty drinks. You can customize the amount of ice and sugar you want in most of the drinks. Ordered 2 teas at the counter and they were ready within a few minutes. Teas were good and service was fast.
