I had such a great experience with Wendy! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. I got long layers with face-framing pieces, and she absolutely nailed it. She also washed, blow-dried, and curled my hair, and everything turned out so smooth and beautiful. Wendy is incredibly kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I paid $50, and honestly, it was worth every single dollar..easily would’ve been worth more. I 100% trust her with my hair and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend her if you want someone skilled, kind, and reliable!

I have walked past TS Designs many times while shopping at Lakeshore Plaza and often saw many great cuts and color work coming out. Finally, I walked in to make an appointment. I had been letting my hair grow for about 3 years after a very bad experience at another salon. I also desperately needed some color work done. I made an appointment with Nena. She is wonder-woman! Nena gave me the perfect much shorter haircut and some eye-popping fiery red color! My husband was amazed and loves my new look! The price was reasonable. And because of Nena's excellent styling I am able to maintain my look even without blow-drying my hair. Thank you so much Nena – you have revolutionized my life! See you soon again! I stumbled upon this place when I was getting my boba drink next door. I asked how much they charge for partial highlights and the guy at the desk paired me with Angel. She was truly my hair Angel!! My last stylist did a terrible job and in 2 1/2 hours Angel did my blonde highlights with a toner and flat ironed it to perfection!! I got compliments the next day from a lot of people. She chose the perfect color and has been doing this for over 25 years. The keratin oil she put in was so amazing I ordered it. I can’t wait to go back to her. Such an incredible experience!! Thank you so so much Angel. You are one of a kind and so lovely.

Wendy was excellent! I have long thick hair past my waist and she did a beautiful updo for me! And it stayed perfectly up there!! Very secure and beautiful and she did it in 30 minutes. This is the worst place to get highlights! They ruined my hair! I asked for a certain color and (Tony) said he can do it and quoted me on a price. Came back the next day he gave me orange highlights and polka dots all over the top of my hair and charged me an extra $40 dollars from the price he gave me the day before. Didn’t notice the polka dots until next morning, (had to go to work like that) embarrassing. I went back there after work to fix the problem and orange dots were gone, but now I have brown splotches cause all they did was put a brown toner, using a q-tip, mind you,I was sooi fed up by this time and left. So please do not ask for highlights from this place. Just a fair warning!
