Tsaocaa Boston is a bubble tea store at 10A Tyler St in Boston, MA, with a menu that gives boba fans plenty to explore. Customer reviews describe a broad selection of drinks and toppings, so it can be a good stop when you want to compare flavors or try something different. The shop has a 4.0 rating from 125 reviews. It is currently listed as open Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; it is listed as closed Monday through Thursday. Checking the posted hours before visiting is a practical way to plan around its limited weekly schedule.

Milk tea drinkers can look for options with toppings such as brown sugar jelly, while customers seeking a lighter choice may enjoy the fruit and coconut-water drinks mentioned in reviews. One customer praised the Matcha Coconut Water for its clean tea flavor and found the Mango Coconut Water bright, juicy, and refreshing. Other reviews describe the drinks as leaning sweet, especially when fruit syrup is part of the mix. If you prefer less sweetness, one reviewer suggested choosing up to 50% sweetness for milk tea and up to 30% for fruit tea. That is a customer tip rather than a guarantee, but it may help you decide how to customize your order.

Ordering is done at self-service kiosks, with staff preparing drinks behind the counter. Reviewers say the ordering screens can take a moment to figure out, particularly on a first visit, but note that a barista was available to help. Customers also describe service as quick and efficient once an order is placed. There are small seating areas, and one visitor called the space photogenic and said it had its own atmosphere. The shop is reported to be down a set of stairs, which may make access less convenient for some visitors; consider that detail when planning a stop.

Tsaocaa Boston may suit boba regulars who like having many choices, friends looking to pick up drinks together, or anyone curious about tea and fruit combinations. A customer review mentions a two-drinks-for-$9.90 deal, though offers can change, so confirm details at the shop before relying on that price. With its weekend hours, kiosk ordering, and range of milk tea and fruit-forward drinks, this Boston bubble tea store offers a casual option for a drink break in the city. If sweetness matters to you, use the kiosk to review the available choices and ask staff for help when needed.

They have a 2 drinks for $9.90 deal that’s really good! Currently they’re only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Drinks lean on the sweet side, I’d recommend getting no higher than 50% for milk teas and 30% for fruit teas (the sweetness level seems to be on top of whatever fruit syrup they use!).

Little self-service kiosks where you can order; servers work in the back to fill the order and some small seating areas. Milk tea with the brown sugar jelly was interesting - a little bland, and the jelly often was miscut and hard to get up the straw. Located down the stairs, so not the easiest to get into. Price were average for bubble tea. ($6-7 each). Some fascinating fruit and juice combinations - will have to come back to try those, perhaps they're better?

I tried the Matcha Coconut Water and Mango Coconut Water ,both were super refreshing and not too sweet! The matcha has a clean tea flavor and pairs surprisingly well with coconut water, and the mango one tastes bright and juicy. Perfect for anyone who likes lighter drinks. Definitely coming back to try more!

A very vast and almost endless selection of boba to choose from. I was in awe at it, that it took me quite a while to decide. When I was finally done, the staff was quick and efficient with the order, completing it relatively quick. The …

Price is pretty good and the flavor is delicious! The self checkout was a bit confusing for me at first, but I was able to talk to the barista a bit since I was the only customer there, and I was able to figure out how I wanted my boba. Very photogenic place that sets its own atmosphere!
