Sign in to reviewFantastic spaghetti!!! Family oriented restaurant with delicious food and lots of friendly smiles. I've only been here a handful of times but they always treat me like i've been coming there for years. Great place to bring your family for lunch after church on Sundays. There's also live entertainment on the outside deck. The spaghetti here is far better than jollibee 😋 The crispy pata and buco pie also get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating also 😋. Come in and be blessed 🙌 😇 🙏 ☺️
We ordered lumpia, Palabok, Dinuguan, spaghetti, garlic rice and the tapsilog. The lumpia was very good although quite small. I really enjoyed the dinuguan and the tapsilog with the garlic rice. Although I wasn’t quite sure why the dinuguan was black, it was quite tasty for my first experience. It has a nice hearty and savory flavor and the tapsilog was very yummy and sweet to pair with the rice. The spaghetti and palabok didn’t stand out to me. However I will say the cheese on the spaghetti did taste better and fresh compared to jollibees. Overall, pretty good value and food. The service was ok, water and extra utensils were self service but the waitstaff would assist you if you requested it.
This was an impromptu dinner choice after some back-and-forth, and we landed here. As soon as we sat down, we were informed of an automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. Normally not an issue, but since this is a self-service setup (order at the counter, grab your own utensils, etc.), it felt mismatched with the level of service provided. We ordered several rice plates and sides. Highlights: • Chicken Sisig – Packed with flavor, favorite dish of the night. • Lechon Kare Kare – Delicious sauce, helped balance the roast pork. • Lechon Kawali – Good flavor but a bit dry. • Lumpia – Tasted like frozen ones from the store. • Wings – Mild heat, but still tasty. Overall, food was solid (4/5), service setup was just okay (3/5). Final Rating: 3.5/5, rounded to 4. Would’ve loved to see Halo-Halo on the menu to complete the experience!
Salamat! I loved the crispy fish and all the rest of the order! The staff is very hospitable, the interior design makes me feel like I'm in my mother's homeland, surrounded by bamboo and warm vibes.
Tselogs remains one of my top tier authentic, casual Filipino comfort food restaurants in the Bay Area. It is the perfect place to visit with a group of friends because the menu is built for sharing and hitting every major flavor profile. Their Lumpia Shanghai is a mandatory appetizer—incredibly crispy, gold-fried, and addictive. For the main plates, the Chicken Sisig Silog is a solid solo or even a sharing plate. It arrives on a screaming hot sizzling platter with chopped, seasoned chicken, onions, and jalapeños, topped with a fried egg that creates an amazing, rich sauce when stirred into the garlic rice. The sweet meats are equally incredible; both the Longsilog (garlicky sweet pork sausage) and the Tocilog (caramelized cured pork) are packed with flavor and pair perfectly with the runny egg yolks. We also loved the Bangsilog for its crisp, beautifully marinated milkfish, the deeply savory Dinuguan, and the Beef Pares, which features incredibly tender braised beef in a rich, spiced broth. Be sure to save room for dessert. Sharing slices of the warm Buko Pie (filled with tender young coconut layers) and the earthy, sweet Ube Pie provides the perfect closing note to a heavy, satisfying meal. The service is fast, casual, and incredibly welcoming. An absolute neighborhood favorite.
