I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while now, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire team. Every single person is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about their customers. They are very friendly and eager to help. However, they do not offer delivery even though their website prominently features "Free delivery," "your local delivery pharmacy," and "We offer home delivery." They also did not have our prescription in stock but did not contact us to tell us. When I tried to pick up a week after it was sent to them, they said that they don't like to fill that prescription because they do not have a reliable supplier.
I flew in from Europe and I had forgotten some of my prescription medicine, the pharmacy was incredibly helpful in getting the medicine to me, and I am so grateful I ended up having a doctor of mine prescribe it. Five stars to these amazing people at UP Pharmacy

Their small team knows us, is responsive and calls when prescriptions arrive, and feels 100% better than using a corporate behemoth with pill-pushing quotas.
