I had the BEST experience at Urban Nail Box. Quini is incredibly talented and meticulous. I came in with a terrible extension set from another salon and she took so much time and care removing everything properly without rushing. You can tell she truly cares about the health and look of your nails. I showed her my inspo and she somehow made it even better than I imagined. Every detail was perfect and the final result looked so luxe and polished. The salon itself is gorgeous, spotless, and so relaxing. They even offer delicious drinks which made the whole experience feel extra special. Easily one of the best nail appointments I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Quini and Urban Nail Box.
I wish I had a before picture of what I walked in with but Thao fixed me. She took meticulous care removing thick hard gel off of my paper thin nails. Then her gel application was so careful, my nails feel strong but there’s no thick polish. The shaping was very detailed and she compared all the nails many times to make sure they matched each other. She made my wide nail beds look slim and delicate. My hands have never looked this good!
Urban nail box is the absolute best!! Sofia is incredible and always makes sure your nails are perfect. Every other place I’ve gone my nails never last. Somehow her work lasts 4-5 weeks on me (usually I can only get 1.5-2 weeks other places, so an absolute miracle). Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! The vibes are amazing, so relaxing and Danny at the front is so lovely every time. Extra points for the ability to order aroom drinks during your treatment. The whole experience is amazing, from start to finish.

I’m extremely picky about my nails and never found a nail technician I loved—until I found Quini. She’s done an amazing job both times I’ve gone to her. She takes her time and truly listens to what you want. I’m especially particular about technicians being thorough and applying polish flawlessly, with no visible streaks, bubbles, or gaps near the cuticles so the nails don’t look grown out, and Quini gets it perfect every time. She also took extra care perfecting my French tip, and it came out flawless. This is hands down the best gel manicure I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Quini—she’s truly the best!
