First time and it wont be the last! Hugo made suggestions and was patient while I looked through the menu. I appreciated Hugo's friendliness, time to get the order right, effort, and courteousness. More employees should resemble Hugo's customer service skills. The food was fresh and enjoyable. I also appreciate the area of seating where the chairs are higher for those who are disabled and can't sit low. Bathrooms are on the premises and free parking.

I had a very disappointing experience during our Mother’s Day visit. The steak and bread were served cold, and the mashed potatoes were also cold. The server forgot the French fries, and when he said “French fries,” he accidentally sprayed saliva across our table and onto my arm. He didn’t say anything and left. The staff member shown in the photo. None of them is wearing mask. The restaurant was not even very busy (60% capacity) for Mother’s Day lunch, but the staff seemed completely unorganized. They were running around the restaurant in a very chaotic way, and there appeared to be no proper management or coordination. The restaurant was supposed to give roses and chocolate mousse for Mother’s Day, but we were completely ignored. Only after I went to ask a server did they finally give them to the mother of my child. We felt overlooked the entire time. On top of that, the self-ordering machine was not working and could not scan my plate pass QR code. The staff told me to pay first and then email customer service myself to request a 20% refund. That is not acceptable service. Overall, the food was cold, the service was poor, and the restaurant felt completely unmanaged. I have decided to cancel my Plate Pass and will not be returning.

Everything about our visit was enjoyable. The steak dish and salads were delicious, and the wine and sodas paired perfectly with the meal. The staff were welcoming, and our food arrived quickly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Hugo took great care of us and made sure everything was prepared just right. We are definitely planning to return.
