Sign in to reviewLove this little strip in SFV with a few Vietnamese restaurants. This place does mostly banh mi’s but they also have some noodle dishes. I love that their menu has 18 different types of banh mis which is rare to see this variety. Banh mis can be very versatile. I got #11 (grilled pork with pate) and #15 (pork meatball) even though my usual is the dac biet. Both great sandwiches. Bread has a nice crunch without being overly hard. They put a good amount of mayo and pate on my #11 which I like. They also shred their cucumbers which gives it a slightly different mouth feel than the typical sliced cucumber. #15 by far though was the standout. Vietnamese meatballs are just so flavorful and moist. It’s like an Italian meatball sub but 10x better in my opinion. Definitely one you can’t save until later though. I would definitely be back if they were closer to me.
This sandwich shop has been a favorite in the valley for years now. Owner is friendly and foods are good!. They have varieties of food choices and prices are good despite the high cost of living in California. Shop is clean and conveniently located in the same plaza as the pho restaurant , Asian market and several other businesses.
In love with the #8! the chicken is seasoned so well, the bread has a buttery flaky crust, yummy pickled veggies. Haven’t tried the more traditional banh mi flavors but I’m sure those are bomb too. And hard to beat $11 for a sandwich that’s this good
Ordered the roast pork sandwich and it was delicious! The pork was so tender and had a slight sweet flavor. The sandwich is huge you can definitely split it with someone or save the other half for later.
I love this spot! I usually order #9 (grilled chicken bahn mi w pate) but today I got their sardine sandwich and it was soooo good. Going to start getting that one more often!
