Cakes are another reason customers visit, including for birthdays, baptisms, and other celebrations. However, reviews show that experiences with special-order cakes have not been consistent. Some customers describe problems with cake design or layers not matching what they requested, while others report concerns about freshness, texture, or a cake becoming unstable. These are important considerations if you are planning an event where the cake is central. Before placing an order, confirm the design, size, pickup date, and any other details directly with the bakery, and inspect the cake at pickup so any concerns can be addressed promptly.
For everyday purchases, the bakery’s daily schedule and range of treats make it a practical option to consider in North Las Vegas. For a custom cake, the feedback suggests taking extra care to communicate expectations and verify the finished order before leaving. Reviews are mixed: some shoppers appreciate the selection and report enjoying what they bought, while several cake customers describe disappointing outcomes. Reading recent feedback and asking clear questions can help you decide whether Vegas Bakery fits your needs. Find it on E Lake Mead Blvd, open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

It was our first time at Vegas Bakery, and I'm glad we stopped by. We didn't expect to find anything specific, but they had plenty of treats to choose from. Everything looked delicious and well-made. We did end up picking some treats and pan dulce. I'm glad we did. Everything we've eaten so far is well-balanced, nothing was overly sweet. The balance of most of the pastries with the tart berries and the sweetness of the cream is perfect. The service from the lady was very welcoming. We do live in Henderson, but hope to come down again soon.
(First picture is what I wanted, Second one is what I got.) I requested a cake from them on May 21st. I told them I was coming to pick it up on May 27th. (one week later) Today is that day, I go to pick up the cake, and it's not what I asked for. I asked for a two-layer cake. Why is it one? I literally told the girl that I wanted it exactly like the picture. The two layers, the color, the design, and this is what I get instead. They clearly half-assed my cake, and for what? I don’t understand what the problem was. I got my cakes from them before, but when I ordered one and specifically asked them to make it exactly like the picture, they couldn't seem to do it. If they didn't know how to make it exactly the way I wanted, then they shouldn't have told me yes. The only thing they did right was the flavor and the picture on top. I wasted my time and my money. $105 down the drain. Either learn how to make a cake the way people ask or tell them you don’t know how.
I was a very frequent shopper until I special ordered a cake for a baptism. We didn’t even make it home when the cake was literally melting from the bottom. It was close to 200 dollars and went straight in to the trash. I called and they directly made it sound like it was our fault even though we drove as slow and careful as possible. It seems to me like it was too heavy and the bottom didn’t hold the weight
Extremely disappointing experience. I paid $76 for a cake that was spoiled and completely inedible. As a result, my celebration was left without a cake, which was both embarrassing and upsetting. …
$80 “tres leches with strawberry” cake Super dry & you can barely see the strawberry It was for my daughters 15th birthday celebration, VERY disappointed
