Today was my first time in here (thanks to TikTok) and I walked in and was absolutely overwhelmed in a GOOD WAY! This place is AMAZING. The staff is super friendly, the selection is to die for and, the little samples of cake are the best. I came here to get a cake for my son’s birthday and they did not disappoint! This is the best priced bakery I’ve found in LV so far and I go to a lot of bakeries. Thanks Vegas bakery! I will definitely be coming back for all my celebration needs and just much needed sweet treats. *update w/ trying the cake! Now I’m not going to lie I generally do NOT like Tres Leches cakes but this was FREAKING FANTASTIC! My husband who’s super picky also generally doesn’t like cakes like this and he was surprised at how good it this was! To our surprise it was coffee (I didn’t read the tag) it was AMAZING THOUGH! kudos to this amazing Bakery
This bakery has some bread that taste good and some of the most horrible ones too. Expensive not worth the drive. Never again. Dubai bread that has nothing to do with Dubai chocolate. For $7 terrible. Went straight to the garbage bin.
My family got me a birthday cake at Vegas Bakery. We have been going here on and off throughout the years since they first opened at the Lake Mead and Jones location. We have tried pretty much everything, even ordered custom cakes. We have been disappointed in price and quality but still went because flavor and freshness was good. However with this recent cake which was supposed to be mocha tres leches we are extremely disappointed the taste was off almost like if it was old or bad, was very dry. Certainly did not taste like mocha or even tres leches. On top of how expensive everything there is...$82 was not worth it. Also my family brought me cannolis and macaroons which were also disappointing. Needless to say we will NOT be going there anymore.
I got a cake from here, and unfortunately, the customer service really left me disappointed. Cakes are not cheap nowadays, so the least you can expect as a paying customer is to be acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. If you notice a customer is in the wrong line or seems unsure about something, simply acknowledge them and check in to see if they need help. A simple “Hello, how are you?” or “How can I help you?” goes a long way. Instead, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and when I tried to address the situation, it felt like the employee wanted to argue. Sometimes, the customer may actually have a valid point, and all they’re asking for to simply be heard. Unfortunately, none of the employees seemed like they genuinely enjoyed being there. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially when customers are spending their hard-earned money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
I love this bakery! Fresh desserts, plenty of options to choose from, and fully stocked. They have beautiful made cakes for sell and they also do custom orders, everything is delicious and you will definitely be back once you try them! 10 out of 10!
