A salon with a personal touch. Andrew is the owner/manager and is always on shift. He is always attentive, genuinely interested in you as a person and that you are satisfied with your service. This is a family run business that has a professional touch. They are LGBTQIA friendly. We love Sandy for her gentle touch and great conversations. Stephanie gives like the best massage on pedicure; she is tiny but mighty.
Wowowow!! Amazing experience! The owner Andrew greeted me at the door and paired me with Kim for a fill and pedicure! They both went above and beyond making sure that I felt welcomed and comfortable even though I had arrived an hour before closing. Cannot say enough good things about both of them and the services provided. I will 100% be back!
My favorite nail salon of all time! I've been going here for 10 years and there's a reason why I keep coming back. Attention to detail: the shape of my nails are always spot-on, no weird edges anything. The environment is so relaxing, I appreciate the chandelier, Orchids, and chardonnay- everyone is SO nice, it's great catching up with all the familiar faces every time I come in. I highly recommend their cat-eye color selection- they are my absolute favorite and I keep getting compliments
*picture of red nails are a previous set of mine that I used to reference the shape I wanted & the picture of pink nails is what I was given* If I could give 0 stars, then I would. The 1 star is for my pedicure because it’s not terrible, but I’ve definitely had better.i arrived at 4pm & asked for a basic pedicure & short full set. Both services were rushed. I know they close at 7pm so I figured since my pedicure was finished by 5pm I’d have more than enough time for quality nails. I asked for a basic set- wide, short, square & pink acrylic (not polish but powder). I ended up paying $50 for the set, but as you can see these are NOT wide and not square at all. These are what is called “coffin/ballerina” shape and very tampered/narrow. These original price was $60 so paying $50 as the “discounted” price still feels like robbery when again, this is not what I asked for. Not even as far as color, but once the acrylic is laid down there’s not much you can do. I would’ve preferred a comped service and to just pay for the pedicure, but it’s a dispute I’ll have to take up with the bank. I even left with crooked nails, and acrylic still on my fingers because she rushed my full set so badly. I’m disgusted that they still had the audacity to charge me for these.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Would definitely come back. The service is impeccable, a great example of "you get what you pay for". The staff is attentive, considerate, and very accommodating. They are pros in builder gel, pedicures, and nail art. I got my nails done by sandy!
