It was my first time experiencing this, and if I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would. They welcomed me in right at my appointment time, offered a complimentary beverage, and started the service promptly. The experience was fantastic, and my attendant, Valerie, was incredible. Her hands worked like magic—perfectly balanced, neither too firm nor too gentle. She is such a sweet person, and I will definitely request her again. The place was spotless and well-organized. My only suggestion would be to have a headrest with a bit more cushioning, as resting for a while can start to strain your neck. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I am DEFINITELY coming back.
Kimberly was absolutely fantastic!! This was the most relaxing spa experience. The room they bring you to feels like an luxury escape by the bayou. The products they use smell and feel amazing on the skin and face. I upgraded my experience with the tea party and leg and foot massage. I feel like a brand new person. The tension on my neck is gone. I love the light blowdry at the end to not walk out with wet hair. I would definitely recommend and for sure be back. I did the spa bliss package and 1000% worth the money!!

I loved my hair spa experience ! Tiana was great! The inside of the spa decorations were so pretty and relaxing. Almost feels like you’re on a vacation! I felt super refreshed and great after. My skin feels smooth and scalp definitely feels rejuvenated. They also give you a drink and staff are so friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Orange, CA area.
Wonderful headspa experience. Whatever product they used for the cooling face mask was amazing and smelled so nice. My friend and I had Kim and Tianna and they were great and very attentive. We booked the rejuvenation package. We loved it! Will definitely come back
