The business serves people looking for support with real estate needs, including buying, selling, and property management. Clients who shared positive experiences mention prompt replies, attentive service, and practical guidance. One reviewer says Vignesh listened to their needs, answered questions patiently, and represented them during a transaction; another highlights candid feedback, attention to detail, and knowledge of the Denver market. A property owner also describes working with him over several years and receiving help with multiple real estate needs. These accounts may be especially relevant to buyers and sellers who value direct communication and a strategy tailored to their circumstances. A conversation about goals, timing, and expectations can help determine whether the working style is a good fit.

Property management is another service mentioned in customer feedback. One owner says Vignesh helped care for their homes and find premium tenants, emphasizing the importance of maintaining quality for both owners and tenants. At the same time, the reviews are not uniformly positive: a tenant describes an unacceptable property-management experience and raises concerns about maintenance issues. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one so others can make an informed decision. Vignesh was the property manager for the home at 15014 Chicago St, Parker, CO, and the overall management was unacceptable. Over the course of our tenancy, there were 10-15 maintenance issues, many of which were not addressed in a timely manner—or at all. The most serious issue was mold in the home, which ultimately led to our lease being terminated. I want to be fair and transparent: I understand my work schedule made coordinating service appointments more difficult at times. That said, I missed work on multiple occasions to meet vendors, only to have appointments cancelled or have the wrong contractor sent for a completely different task, resulting in lost income. From the start, there were red flags. During the initial walkthrough, Vignesh was on his phone the entire time and even asked if we could “make it quick.” We were told the basement electricity would be fixed, yet it took over a week after move-in, which prevented us from setting up WiFi. There were two separate water issues in the home, and it’s important to distinguish them: 1. Basement leak: When the WiFi technician arrived, there was a styrofoam cup placed under an active leak, with water dripping onto an electrical box/outlet. After seeing this, the technician refused to complete the installation due to it being a fire hazard. There is still visible rust on the electrical box, indicating long-term moisture exposure. 2. Master shower leak: A completely separate issue involved a leak in the ceiling below the master bathroom, which appeared to be coming from the master shower bench. Based on what we observed, the caulking on the shower bench was not properly sealed, allowing water to penetrate and continue leaking. I strongly recommend that any future tenant verify the shower bench caulking has been properly repaired, as otherwise the leak—and potential mold growth—will likely continue. We repeatedly asked for the water issues to be evaluated for mold. After approximately two weeks , testing was finally done and high levels of mold were found. As a result, our lease was terminated, forcing my girlfriend and me to find a new home during the holiday season, which was extremely stressful. We were reimbursed for November’s rent, which was the correct and expected resolution. What is especially concerning is that the home has since been relisted on the market, and based on our firsthand experience, I do not believe the underlying moisture and mold issues were fully resolved before doing so. After numerous unresolved maintenance requests, both the homeowner, Hariharan, and Vignesh returned for another walkthrough. To be clear, Hari is the worst homeowner I have ever dealt with, and I would never recommend renting from him. This review reflects my personal experience only. I strongly urge prospective tenants to inspect this property very carefully, especially the master shower bench, caulking, basement electrical area, and any signs of moisture or mold, before signing a lease.
