It offers a convenient stop for people looking for milk tea, boba, or a drink and snack while spending time in Philadelphia. Customer feedback describes fresh, enjoyable drinks, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. With a 4.4-star rating across 947 reviews, Vivi has drawn a substantial range of local and visitor opinions, giving prospective guests useful context as they decide where to stop.
Milk tea and tapioca boba are among the choices guests mention, including brown sugar bubble milk tea and Vivi tea with boba. One reviewer appreciated that the menu marks which drinks can be served hot, making it possible to choose a warm boba drink during colder weather. Customers also describe the menu as offering new items from time to time. If you are deciding what to order, the available feedback points to both familiar milk tea options and opportunities to try something different; check the current menu for the latest selections and preparation choices.
Vivi Bubble Tea is also mentioned as a place to get a snack alongside a drink. A visitor wrote about ordering salt-and-pepper popcorn chicken with brown sugar bubble milk tea, while another review describes the shop as busy but not overwhelming, with a pleasant hum of conversation and quick drink preparation. These details suggest it may suit a Chinatown outing, a casual catch-up with a colleague, or a short break when you want boba and a bite in one stop. Individual experiences can vary, especially at busy times.
The shop is open every day of the week, Monday through Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., according to its listed hours. Its Chinatown location makes it a practical option for residents, workers, and visitors exploring central Philadelphia who want an evening drink or a daytime refreshment. Before visiting, confirm current hours and menu availability directly, since listings and offerings can change.
Customer accounts are not uniformly positive: alongside praise for taste, service, and atmosphere, one reviewer reported finding hair in food and a drink and said they could not reach the shop by phone. That is an individual report, not a determination about every visit, but it is relevant context for readers weighing reviews. Taken together, feedback presents Vivi Bubble Tea as a well-reviewed Philadelphia bubble tea stop with hot and cold drink choices, boba, and popcorn chicken, while encouraging guests to consider the full range of experiences shared by customers.

I absolutely love Vivi they never disappoint. Always coming out with something new. Drinks are always fresh and delicious. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.
We stopped by Vivi Bubble Tea while visiting Philadelphia’s Chinatown. The milk tea shop we originally wanted to visit was closed, so we came here without much expectation — and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the brown sugar bubble milk tea and the salt & pepper popcorn chicken. The milk tea was good — creamy with a nice sweetness, and the boba had a pretty good chew. Not the best we’ve ever had, but definitely solid. The popcorn chicken, however, completely stole the show. Freshly fried, super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, with seasoning that hits just right — a perfect snack pairing with milk tea. We honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. Highly recommend ordering it if you come here! A great spot for a quick drink and a delicious bite when exploring Chinatown. We’d come back just for the popcorn chicken!
I love Vivi's because I know I can find hot boba tea here in the cold winter months. Their menu is clearly marked to show what drinks the make hot, I tried the hot Vivi tea with Boba on my last visit, which I suppose is just a normal milk …
The clatter of the tapioca pearls was a pleasant sound. It was busy but not overwhelmingly so, with a good hum of conversation that made it easy to chat with my colleague. Drinks were prepared quickly and tasted good.
In both orders of our popcorn chicken there were hairs mixed into it, and in 1 of our bubble teas there was also hair mixed into it, when we tried calling for support they didn’t answer.
