Vivi Bubble Tea & Cafe (Banh mi 3T) is a bubble tea store listed in Concord, California, with a menu that brings together Vietnamese-style banh mi, savory snacks, and drinks. It is a practical option for people who want a quick meal, a casual bite with a friend, or a place to browse a mix of food and bubble tea in one stop. The business name also appears as Banh mi 3T, so customers searching for either name may find the same listing. One detail to confirm before visiting: the supplied address is 2900 Derita Rd Ste 40, Concord, NC 28027, which conflicts with the listed city and state of Concord, CA. Check the location directly with the business so you head to the right Concord.

Customer reviews point to banh mi as a popular reason to visit. Diners mention a traditional banh mi served toasted, grilled pork banh mi, and Korean BBQ banh mi, along with BBQ sausage described as flavorful. These options make the cafe worth considering for guests looking for a sandwich-focused lunch or a satisfying savory snack. The menu also includes popcorn chicken; one reviewer called the garlic-and-basil version juicy. As with any independently reviewed menu, individual experiences and preferences vary, so it can be helpful to ask the team about current options and preparation when you order.

Bubble tea is part of the cafe’s identity, though feedback on drinks is mixed. One customer described the Thai tea as lighter than expected, while another review focused on the food rather than drinks. If you are choosing Vivi for a beverage, consider that tastes and expectations differ, and ask about the drink choices or sweetness preferences available when ordering. The reviews also mention an ordering kiosk, which some visitors appreciate because it gives them time to look through the options at their own pace. The shop has been described as cute and clean, offering a simple, casual setting for a quick stop.

Vivi Bubble Tea & Cafe may suit nearby residents, students, families, and anyone craving banh mi, popcorn chicken, or a bubble tea break. Its listed hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Hours can change, so verify before setting out, especially given the location discrepancy in the supplied information. The listing shows a 4.4 rating from 207 reviews, a useful snapshot of customer feedback rather than a guarantee of any one visit. For a straightforward meal, the toasted traditional banh mi and savory snacks are the clearest customer-mentioned starting points; for drinks, check the current menu and choose what suits your taste.

Was hopefully but overall fell short. Classic example of false advertising: using Ai generated images or using images that aren’t actually yours because what I ordered based on images was COMPLETELY different from what I received. As a business owner, I hope this can be an opportunity for learning and change. I do wish this business luck. Ordered Vietnamese grilled pork Banh Mi. So - do I need to be charged an up charge to have actual cilantro or I only get the stems?? Flavor was good but totally put off that it just ruined the whole experience. Ordered coconut mango milk, added lychee jelly and tapioca. Also ordered fresh mango tea with tea jelly. Added tapioca. Clearly both look nothing like they’re advertised. I paid extra to have tapioca added so shouldn’t I have also gotten the tea jelly that the drink was advertised to come with? The tapioca did taste good and had good consistency. Plus you can tell they used actual tea. Hard to get past the absolute discrepancy on advertising vs. actual product though. Overall negative experience because I felt deceived. Won’t be returning or recommending. Unfortunate. 2 star review not a 1 only because the flavors weren’t bad.

Store was cute and clean. I liked how there was an ordering kiosk, so I could take my time looking at the options. The traditional banh mi was really good (toasted), and the popcorn chicken (flavored garlic and basil) was quite juicy and …

haven’t tried the drinks, but i love their food. their BBQ sausage is amazing and so flavorful, it’s my favorite thing to get. i got the grilled pork banh mi too which was also amazing. my friend got the korean bbq banh mi which wasn’t as good imo, but still enjoyable. their prices and portion sizes are both wonderful and i’m very happy to find a place that provides good food without being expensive.

Small store Bubble Tea was okay🧋‼️ Thai tea tastes like watered down Thai Tea-it wasn't what I expected. But we might come back and try the Bahn Mi sandwiches and fried chicken. But from the other reviews, I'm not sure when. …
