Vivi Bubble Tea Quincy Market is a bubble tea store at 1 Faneuil Hall Market Pl, in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts. Located inside Quincy Market, it is a convenient stop while exploring Faneuil Hall and the surrounding downtown area. Visitors looking for a cold drink, a boba break, or a quick bite can browse the menu and choose something that suits their visit. The market location can also mean a busy counter, so drink preparation may take longer during crowded periods.

Customer favorites mentioned in reviews include brown sugar boba and iced black tea. One visitor praised the balance of brown sugar and milk in the brown sugar boba, while another enjoyed a cold, refreshing tea. The iced black tea has also been described as pleasantly flavorful, with a slight hint of lemon balm; its more bitter taste may appeal especially to people who prefer less-sweet tea. These are customer impressions rather than a guarantee of how every drink will taste, and preferences for sweetness, tea strength, and toppings can vary.

The menu includes bubble tea as well as other food items, making Vivi a possible choice when you want more than a drink or need a quick bite while spending time at Quincy Market. Its central setting works well for day-trippers, nearby visitors, and anyone looking to pause between market stops. Reviews reflect a range of experiences: some customers praise the drinks, while others report concerns about service. The business has a 4.1-star rating from 372 reviews, which offers useful context but cannot predict every individual visit. If you are deciding what to order, checking the current menu in person can help you find an option that fits your taste.

Vivi Bubble Tea Quincy Market is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. With its Quincy Market address, familiar boba choices, and additional food options, it can fit naturally into a day in downtown Boston. The shop is located right in the middle of Quincy Market. It was quite busy, so it took a bit longer for the teas to be prepared. My iced black tea tasted good, although I’m not sure everyone likes it as bitter as I do. It has a slight hint of lemon balm. If you’re used to classic bubble tea, you might want to go for 100% sugar instead of 30%, which is what I chose.

This place is amazing. The boba tea is nice and cold and is SO refreshing. They have many other things to offer too! Lots of food items were on display on the menu and they made my mouth water. The people who work there are also probably …

Genuinely this boba was actually good and if you need a quick bite then it can work, but ami the customer service sucks. The lady that was taking my order had such the attitude for no reason and made it such a big deal that apparently calling someone ma’am or sir is a crime because it’s calling them old. UM, HELLO? Apparently these people have no respect for other culture as I’m from Acadiana, Louisiana aka the Cajun Country, and here if you don’t say these things you would get popped in the mouth! She wouldn’t stop rushing me telling me to hurry up and got mad when I couldn’t hear her due to loud chatter behind us. Gave me an attitude for literally no reason whatsoever… I understand that working in a busy place like Boston can be stressful, but that doesn’t excuse common courtesy no matter where your from whether your from the coast of Massachusetts or the bayous of Acadiana. Absolutely disgraceful. I am ashamed for taking an order there. However, their boba tea is actually good so I have mixed feelings. For the people that manage this place please remind your employees that they cannot behave like this. Out of all this frustration though as I’ve stated the boba tea really is unmatched… Hopefully others will have a better experience. 2 out of 5 from me. Yes the drinks were good, but being treated like that was not ok.

Staff was insulting us in cantonese, saying how stupid white people are, for asking a question about their menu. They didn't know my wife understands. Nice customer service.

Stopped by here during a day trip. I ordered the brown sugar boba and it was so good!! The brown sugar to milk ratio was perfect. It’s really hard to find a place that gets it right. If I lived in the area this would be a go-to spot for boba.
