Vivi Bubble Tea

I was shopping in the Garland area and wanted to stop by and try this bubble tea place before I headed out. When I walked in around 2:30, the girl greeted me, which I appreciated. She was working on a few drinks, so I waited patiently for about 5 minutes while finished them. Another customer came in after me, and we were both waiting standing there. What really disappointed me was that once she finished those drinks, she immediately took the other persons order even though I was there first. It honestly hurt my feelings and made me feel overlooked, so I just left without ordering. I love bubble tea and was really looking forward to trying this spot, but the experience and overall vibe just felt off. I hope they can work on acknowledging customers in the order they arrive. Cute place though. Update: Hi, thank you for your response. I also seen that someone experienced the same thing. And I did want to try the Oreo crème drink, I wouldn’t have wasted several minutes if I wasn’t interested in ordering. I let the gentleman who came in AFTER me go first because he was acknowledged BEFORE I was. My concern is more about customer service and order of acknowledgment. It would really help to ensure your staff are attentive to customers in the order they arrive. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

This place is just the best with amazing and friendly customer service. You walk in and the place is clean and ready. The boba options are amazing and the people behind the counter are so friendly. When you do come here, also try the peach fizz tea and the oreo creme brulee as well (my personal favs). You will not regret coming here!!!

Sooooooooooooo good and yummy!!! Mango Sago is my favorite! I normally don’t like bubble tea, but it’s good. Very friendly, clean and all staffs were very helpful!

I arrived, there was one employee at the counter. She briefly turned and said “sorry,” and I noticed she was making drinks, so I patiently waited at the counter. After about 10 minutes of waiting without being acknowledged or helped, another customer walked in, and she immediately took their order, even though I had been waiting the entire time. At that point, I felt completely overlooked and disrespected, so I chose to leave without placing an order. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. I wanted to share this feedback so management is aware of the customer service issues at this store. Location firewheel between 9-10pm
