Sign in to reviewI have to share about an employee who is just great. Samuel is a checker and meat dept sometimes. He is so patient and kind to everyone. Also he is so knowledgeable about everything. He makes my shopping trip a pleasure.
The clerks and management work really hard to make a good shopping experience. I would like to highlight Lydia today. She is everything you want in a checker. She is professional, very warm and friendly, and efficient . She is a pleasure when I go through her line.
your website SUCKS ! It is absolutely the worst website I have EVER seen!!!!!! Wasted 3 hours last night trying to buy groceries for delivery and 2 more hours trying to enter my payment info today. This has been my Vons location since they opened. In this day and age this is completely unacceptable Will find a different store after all this crap.
The Manager I assume white lady with brown hair Was walking down the sales floor when I witnessed her cussing about and two other coworkers, she was publicly shaming them talking about how bad of a job they do within your distance of those workers. I did not appreciate seeing this or hearing this. I expect better for management. might be a receiver instead of Manager She was cussing at people and about people loud enough for others in the store to hear disrespectful demeaning and disgusting behavior
5 Stars for Tito’s Outstanding Customer Service Employee Tito turned around a frustrating experience in the Vons parking lot with his genuine care and initiative. As I approached the store, a fellow customer was stuck: her full cart was blocked by the parking-lot cart limit at the end of the corral nearest TJ Oysters. She couldn’t safely leave her groceries unattended and asked for my help. I offered to alert staff. Steps from the entrance, I flagged down a tall young man in a Vons shirt, pointed to the stranded customer explaining the situation. His response? “Talk to someone inside—it’s not my job.” He walked off, leaving me stunned. When I was near the self-checkout lane, a Supervisor named Christine approached me to say she could hear me speaking to the young man outside and made excuses for him. Curiously, she heard me seek help for the Vons customer and did not offer to help. Another indifferent employee. Inside, I spotted Tito stocking the dairy case. The moment I described the issue, he dropped what he was doing and headed straight out to assist. No excuses, no deflection—just immediate action to help a Vons customer in need. Tito embodies the service every store should strive & I appreciate him going above and beyond!
