Passport photo requests have been a recurring topic in customer feedback, so visitors who need a particular photo format or delivery option may find it helpful to confirm the process, timing, and available formats directly with the store before their visit. I live down the street and go to the local Walgreens occasionally. I’ve been here a few different times for passport photos, vaccines and pharmacy. The staff and customer service here is one of the worst I have seen in all the Walgreens. They are cranky , not very helpful and are not present in their desks most times. The 2 Asian ladies working there were constantly speaking in their local language and secretly cursing at customers. I know this because I understand the language

Do not repeat my mistake. I went there to make a digital passport photo. A clerk confirmed that they do it. After I paid and reviewed a printed photo, I asked about the digital one. The clerk said I need to wait 24 hours. Strange, but ok. The next day I didn't receive anything and had to come back to the store. Turns out they haven't sent the photo. Ok. They promised to send me an email, but i need to wait 48 hours. Why do you need 48 hours to deliver an email? The USPS deliver paper mails faster than that! Again, I had to wait another two days. After two days, as you might guess, I did not receive anything. I had to come back to the store again and do the whole thing. Only after that I got a digital photo delivered to my email. Do you think it was the end of the story? The digital picture I received was not a "passport photo". It was an unedited raw image from their camera! At this point only profanity can describe what I think about wallgreens. Walgreens waisted 4 days of my life. If you value your time, stay away.

1. At about 2 o’clock on a Saturday there was 1 cashier, the line was long. 2. My 89 year young mom forgot her receipt for a return. However, you can return items as long as you have the card the purchase was made on. Well, we punched in her cell number several times, the cashier scanned the item to be returned, but it was not showing up in her computer. I took the item with the receipt to another store today. I gave the cashier the items and punched in my mom’s cell number and the item showed that it was purchased with my mom’s cell number. 3. We asked an employee pushing a cart where an item was, his response was that he was off work. All he had to do was say what isle the item was in, as I informed him. Next time take off your employee shirt and don’t push the store’s stocking supply cart if you don’t want to answer any questions. 4. The lady who opened the locked tooth paste shelf was kinda rushing us. So, sorry everything is locked up lady but I’m the eyes for my mom and I’m going to read each one of the sensodine toothpaste cartoons until she finds the one she wants.

Another customer was handed the same locked item (Dayquil) and allowed to walk away, while I was escorted. When I asked why, I received inconsistent explanations from the shift lead. I believe her name was Lilibeth.

Absolutely great costumer service!! The manager was great as well. Looks like he cares for his employees. While we were there he was celebrating an employee 3 years of employment! Really good to see that type of leadership.
