I have visited here many times and usually have good experiences. However, on May 21, 2026, around 7:30 PM, I had a disappointing interaction during checkout. I was trying to use an online coupon, but it wasn’t working when I entered my phone number. The cashier suggested creating a new account and helped me sign up on the store device. Unfortunately, the coupon still did not work. After learning that I needed to activate the coupon on the new account first, I decided to cancel the purchase. What bothered me was the attitude afterward. The employee placed the item in a bag, then abruptly tossed it into a bin when I canceled the transaction. She appeared annoyed, gave me an unfriendly look, and immediately called the next customer. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I remained polite throughout the entire conversation and simply asked questions because I was confused about how the coupon worked. I understand that coupon issues happen, but I did not appreciate how I was treated when I chose not to complete the purchase.
One of the cashiers who was working today on 11/23/2025 (I wish I would've gotten her name, but I didn't. She had braids) was SO energetic, engaging, friendly, bubbly, and funny. She had everyone in line laughing, including me. She's very good with the customers and she needs to be promoted, like yesterday!
Took 3 hours of phone calls just to get a basic prescription filled. Even after that they would not work with my insurance to cover the medication, even though it was covered by insurance at another pharmacy.
Scammed me out of over $100. Ordered my prescription delivered, but they never sent it. Called them, and they said they can move it back to pickup and that I wouldn’t have to pay again. Woman at the drive thru window insisted I had to pay …
The store is good 👍🏿 they cary most basic necessity and over the counter medicine. The prices are high, for example the cold medicine I purchased for $19 vs Walmart $14 that a $5 difference. When I call to check if they had the medicine available the employees were helpful. Free large parking lot. Overall I'm satisfied. …
