Sign in to reviewHonestly, they’ve been absolutely terrible lately. You’ll call and be on hold for 20 minutes. Nobody answers when there’s a problem with insurance. They don’t follow up on it as the patient. I’m having to continually try to call. I’ve had a medication in pending for eight days, their retail price is absolutely outlandish and makes no sense and I’ve had no problem with Insurance covering this medication this entire time. They are clearly not sending the prescription correctly. It’s gone super downhill here and there are a ton of complaints. I will be moving my prescriptions.
If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I have used this location, I’ve not gotten my meds same-day, and I’ve had to come back multiple times and they are still not ready. I finally tried the same-day delivery option to see if that was faster, but my meds just sat there with a message “ready for the courier, we will let you know when it leaves the store” for 2 days. When I tried to call the store to cancel or transfer the order, I got a bunch of phone trees and it would not let me speak to an actual person. Needless to say I am done with this location, and if it happens again elsewhere, I am done with Walgreens.
After many not good trips to this pharmacy Becky has changed my mind. Called to move my prescriptions due to very poor customer service but after her fixing my issue at that moment also also filling my other precriptions (even though they said out of stock) I am going to give it another try. I wish more employees had her attitude! Thank you Becky for all your hard work, I really do appreciate you!!
The service at this pharmacy is very bad. The line is always long and unorganized. Many times, they send me a message saying the medication is ready for pickup, but when I get there, it’s not ready. It’s just a waste of time. They also charge money even though my insurance covers the prescription. Very frustrating experience, and I don’t recommend this pharmacy.
Ordered my refilled 3 days before and said it’ll be ready today by noon. I went to pick up at 6pm, waited in the long drive thru for 30 mins already. Finally got to the front, the guy in there said it’ll be 5 mins. Told me to pull my car around go back the end of the line and it should be ready. He was very condescending in telling me again to pull my car around and get back in line. Why so rude to customers as I was about to say can I wait in the store instead. If I had another pharmacy near by I would never come here. I give this place a zero star!
