I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I called in the morning to submit my prescriptions and was told they would start working on them. I waited all day for a text notification that never came. When I went to the pharmacy at the end of the day, I was told my prescription wasn’t ready because they needed my insurance card — something they could have told me during my morning call. I provided the card and was told to return in 15 minutes. I came back after 45 minutes to give them more than enough time. I then waited in a very long drive-thru line (7 cars ahead of me, moving at 10–15 minutes per car). When it was finally my turn, I was told to wait another minute. After waiting again, I was informed that it still wasn’t ready and that I had to go back and get in line again. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor organization, and disregard for customers’ time is frustrating and unprofessional. I wasted my entire day and still left without my medication. This level of inefficiency is not okay, especially when people rely on timely access to their prescriptions. I will seriously reconsider using this pharmacy in the future.

Went in to pick up my husband Rx. Pharmacy tech had me verify my husband's name, I provided phonetic spelling, she gave me a woman's prescription. Very different last name, first name was way off!! If we had not looked before stepping away that person would have been without their Rx for a chronic condition (per Rx name). Tech failed to verify or ask for other pieces of Info from me & looked at me funny when I tried to hand the Rx back to her. Then the pharmacist comes I and tries to tear a new one onto my husband For Their Error!! I'm driving to Tustin for all my Rx needs. Always have terrible experience at this pharmacy.

WHAT’S THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU’RE NOT GONNA HONOR THE TIME??? They are so incredibly slow and painfully inefficient. Scheduled my appt for vaccination, arrived and checked in on time from QR code. After waiting a bit, I got in line and let them know i was waiting, and they looked at the computer like this was all brand new. What’s even the point of checking in?? Then was told to wait some more. I didn’t end up getting vaxed until ONE HOUR LATER. Wth!! This place is really needs to get it together. I’ve been going here for the last 3 years (cuz we live right across the street), and hated every single moment. Now I also developed high blood pressure because of them. Save your health and go somewhere else.

Excruciatingly terrible experiences picking up medication. One time, I waited an hour for them to get back from lunch and process the line—to be told my medication is stuck in the system and to come back later.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced!!! I dropped off two prescriptions early in the morning. I told the staff I am running out one of the medication and will need it the same day. I was told it will be ready in the afternoon. I called the store around 5pm asking if they can expedite the refill. I was told it will be ready in 15mins. My husband went to pick it up, the staff said the medication is out of stock. Should they call us letting us know if they can’t refill the medication on time? They didn’t!!! My husband went to another store in Alton. He was told the medication will be ready at 8pm. We called around 7:54. We were told the medication will be ready in 10mins. Guess what until their store was closed, they still didn’t refill the medication with no call, no update. How can a pharmacy still exist with this kind of work ethics. So disappointed!!!
