Walmart Home Delivery from here is terrible. It's even worse that I have to deal with an out of state company in the first place. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I called for refill & they said they would be processed like they have the whole last year. After a week of no medication arriving I called again & now was told for the refill I needed to get authorizations from the insurance & to call the doctors. When calling the insurance they let us know our prescription was transferred to another company. Walmart was trying to make me go through hoops KNOWING my insurance wasn't allowing me to go through them anymore. They obviously are losing a ton of business & was hoping I'd pay full price.

Totally over the line bad service, mostly before it goes out, but it sure sends the overall confidence way down. They wouldn't have it any other way. No automated payment, and that's perfect for them -- (one of their best tricks is billing an old card -- since we don't get prescriptions everyday). It's got to be bad management involved because it's everyone or almost everyone you will talk with.

My latest experience has prompted me to write this review for Walmart home delivery pharmacy. I have spent over ten days trying to get a prescription filled over the phone. Wait times to get through have been approaching two hours each time. When I did get through about a week ago and provided an address and a request for overnight shipping, nothing seems to happen - no auto all to say it was shipped, no charge to my credit card. Phone back again to provide the address again and request overnight shipping. When I phone back again - it is now over a week since I first made contact - because the charge to my credit card did not include the extra shipping fee I'm told it was sent overnight but I wasn't charged the extra fee. This turned out to be false - it was not sent overnight after all according to the tracking info. I will be on the road and now need to adjust plans b/c of the delays in getting the order sent and not following my request to ship overnight, something I was more than willing to pay for. Thanks Walmart home delivery, you have let me down big time. You can expect a call from me once I finish making changes to my plans and am ready to face the two-hour wait time on the phone.

Go about 20 minutes after they open because 5 people will always be waiting then usually no line for a while.

This location is closed to the public. If you are an employee and are not wearing your official Walmart badge, they will not let you in. It is the Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy, as well as some Walmart corporate offices and training. It is located at the Southwest Corner of Old Denton Rd and West Trinity Mills Drive in Carrollton, TX next to a Credit Union. The building used to be a Walmart Store, but then they built a new building across the street on the Northeast Corner which is the new Walmart Supercenter.
