I initially had a very positive experience with Jayne. She appeared highly invested in my health concerns and asked thorough, thoughtful questions about my diet, movement, and medical history. As this was my first experience with acupuncture, I was impressed by her level of knowledge and the comprehensiveness of her intake process. However, after a few months, my experience changed significantly. Jayne began behaving in ways that felt unprofessional. When I asked questions about the herbal medicine she prescribed—simply to better understand what I was taking—she made dismissive or rude comments. There were also several concerning issues during treatments. On more than one occasion, she left needles in me and appeared to forget to remove them. She also extended sessions without checking with me beforehand, which resulted in higher charges. Additionally, I had previously ordered Chinese herbal medicine through her multiple times, and the cost had never exceeded $200. During the most recent order, she modified the formula (which we had discussed), but there was no transparency about the price. I was subsequently charged $648 without any prior notice or approval. Finally, when I followed up with questions via email about dietary recommendation or something she had mentioned during session, my emails were either ignored or I was told that I would need to book a telehealth appointment costing over $100. She would often say she would follow up with me about recommendations or directions via email after our session, but never did. Now that I have experience working with other providers, I know that acupuncture doesn't need to be painful. Other providers have price transparency about herbal medicine and check/confirm appointment times/cost and are responsive to emails.

Jayne is an incredible practitioner who helped me immensely in my recovery following a car accident. I really value her holistic approach. She addressed pain, muscle tension and limited mobility in my cervical and thoracic spine using acupuncture, electroacupuncture and myofascial release work. After each session I felt significant relief and improved mobility. Jayne also recommended a number of ways in which I could better regulate my nervous system, including craniosacral work with her. I am now in a position where I no longer require regular sessions, but I plan to return any time I need the added support or holistic advice.

I have been going to Jayne for about a year now and she has been immensely helpful. I started seeing her because of chronic migraines. My current set of medications had helped bring me from 25 headache days a month to 10 headache days a month. Getting treatment from Jayne has brought me down to 1-2 headache days a month. I decided to try working with Jayne last year due to the fact that she offered more than just acupuncture. She spent time in the first few appointments to really understand where I was having pain and how it was showing up for me in my body. She took care to look past just the headaches and neck pain I came with to look at the rest of my upper body and see what else may be contributing to the pain. Along the way, she has used acupuncture, dry needling, electroacupuncture, myofasical release work, and craniosacral therapy. We've also discussed how my nutrition could be contributing. I've been to other acupuncturists in the past and those weren't particularly effective. The level of assessment and treatment that Jayne has provided me has made the difference and I would highly recommend working with her.

I’ve been seeing Jayne for acupuncture treatment for my frozen shoulder since October 2023, and I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise and care. Right from the first session, Jayne made me feel comfortable and optimistic about my recovery. Frozen shoulder is a slow process to heal, but over the months, I’ve really started to notice improvement. My pain and stiffness have eased up, and I can move my shoulder much more freely now. What I really appreciate about Jayne is how thoughtful and kind she is. She always starts our sessions by checking in on how I’m feeling and testing my range of motion, which makes me feel like I’m truly being listened to. Each session is personalized to address whatever my shoulder needs that day. I can’t recommend Jayne enough to anyone looking for acupuncture. Her warmth, professionalism, and skill have genuinely transformed my recovery, and I’m so glad I found her!

I highly recommend Jayne's practice. She is an empathetic and attentive acupuncturist, and works hard to address whatever issues you have. I saw Jayne both for orthopedic acupuncture and for Chinese herbs/supplement advice for nutritional purposes. I saw her weekly for almost a year, and she really solved both of my issues. Using needles, at home stretching/exercise plans, as well as supplements, and herbs, I've experienced extreme improvement on both issues. I am so grateful to her for her help and highly recommend others see her as well.
