Whole Health Pharmacy is a pharmacy serving Santa Ana, CA, with a location at 1415 N Broadway in the heart of the city. For local patients looking for prescription support during the workweek, this Santa Ana pharmacy offers weekday hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Its role in the community appears to center on helping people manage ongoing medication needs, with services that customers often associate with prescription coordination, phone outreach, and delivery support. For people searching for a pharmacy in Santa Ana that is connected to longer-term care routines, Whole Health Pharmacy is one of the local options to know.

Based on customer feedback, many patients value the personal side of the experience. Some describe the team as prompt, caring, and attentive, with a style that feels more personal and familiar than a large chain setting. Reviews also point to help for patients undergoing infusion-related treatment, suggesting that Whole Health Pharmacy may be especially relevant for individuals managing more complex medication schedules or specialized care plans. For those who prefer a neighborhood pharmacy atmosphere in Santa Ana, California, the sense of direct contact and follow-up may be an important part of what stands out.

Customers also frequently mention prescription delivery and online ordering as notable parts of the experience. For busy households, patients with limited mobility, or anyone balancing medical needs with a standard office schedule, those services can be useful. At the same time, reviews show that experiences are mixed. Some customers say delivery and online prescription options have been convenient and helpful, while others report delays, repeated follow-up calls, or inconsistent communication around orders. That makes Whole Health Pharmacy a place where prospective patients may want to ask clear questions in advance about refill timing, delivery expectations, and the best way to stay updated on an order.

Another theme in reviews is communication style. Some patients appreciate frequent outreach and active follow-up during business hours, while others feel that the volume or timing of calls can be difficult to manage during the workday. There are also comments about insurance, savings cards, and coupon acceptance, which may matter for people comparing pharmacy options in Santa Ana. As with any pharmacy handling ongoing prescriptions, it can help to confirm practical details early, including billing questions, refill processes, and which cost-saving programs are accepted.

Overall, Whole Health Pharmacy in Santa Ana, CA may be a fit for patients who want a local pharmacy with weekday availability, delivery-related options, and a care experience that some customers describe as family-like. It may be especially worth considering for people who value direct contact and who are comfortable staying engaged with refill and communication details. For nearby residents searching for a pharmacy in Santa Ana, California, this business offers a community-based alternative that has earned both praise for personal care and feedback that highlights the importance of setting expectations clearly from the start.

I’ve been a patient at Whole Health for over a year and consider it some of the best medical care I’ve received. They are prompt, and their probably the best in the business. They treat you like family. I highly recommend this place if you need to undergo the infusion procedure—this is the place to go.

The distribution and delivery practices of Whole Health Pharmacy are flawed. In the 7 or so months I have relied upon them to provide me with my medication, about 40% of the time I have had to call them twice or three times to carry out the order and delivery. Their means of communication and execution of orders is inefficient and despite my repeated attempts in suggesting they make improvements, they take NONE OF IT to heart. I can't remember a time when I've had to deal with a service provider that puts no effort in improving their operations. To avoid difficulties I have had to face, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Perhaps this would be the only way they would wake up from their idleness. The most incompetent business I've come across in a long time. I wish they would do something about it, but they just aren't inclined to do anything. TRULY DISAPPOINTING...

Stay away, they offer delivery but are inconsistent, don’t fill prescriptions on time, and if there’s any issues they don’t communicate instead they just ignore you. Just use CVS or a company that actually cares about doing business.

If you have a prescription with them, they will call at least 4 times within the hour, during their business hours - which if you work an office job, will be during your business hours. Even though they have an online prescription delivery option. Their online option and delivery is great and it’s great to know that they have real people working, but… don’t hound someone’s phone that many times every prescription renewal. UPDATE: Ever since I posted this review, they stopped the constant calling. I'm adding back a star because my experience with them has been good other than the above.

Please take your prescriptions somewhere else. This pharmacy does not take manufacturer saving cards or coupons. They will lie and give you every excuse possible not to take it. I have medicare part A which does not cover prescriptions, only hospitalizations. I also have insurance through my employer that covers everything, no need to use my medicare at this point. The manufacturer saving card states I'm eligible to use the card for my copay because medicare does not cover my prescriptions. They still refused to apply the card. I then ask the pharmacist to call the manufacturer of the savings card to clarify this and to tell them how to apply it as they said they could not get it to go through. (I believe another lie) They refused to call to get help with it just saying they can't do it because I have medicare Part A. I called the manufacturer and was told the pharmacy was incorrect and they should have ran it through without using medicare but to use my employer's insurance plan as primary and the savings card secondary. "Whole Health Pharmacy, just say you don't take manufacturer savings cards. You don't have to make up lies about it." All you had to do is call them but you refused. The only reason my prescription was at your pharmacy in the first place was because that's where my Dr. insisted on sending it. Don't know if he has stock in your pharmacy or not but I will never have any more prescriptions sent to you. So customers you're better off going somewhere else.
