Dip nails. I'm very disappointed. I wish I took pictures of my nails at first! Went to Seattle for vacation and got my nails done there. The first time my friend and I got our nails done. We liked them. The next day they started chipping for no reason! Then I started seeing even my real nails were breaking along with the extension. We both had active length and were doing literally nothing. When we returned from our cruise, squeezed in to get them fixed before we headed home on the plane. They were nice and redid them. It literally happened again the very next day as you can see in the pictures. I've NEVER in my life seen anything like this! What kind of dollar tree nail extensions do they have there! My middle finger came off first like a press on nail but had my real nail with it! I attempted to treat it like a presson nail and glued it back! Then most the pointer nail was gone while I'm driving! I felt nothing each time but some how crumbled before my eyes! I never leave bad reviews. But this could not be ignored. I have no idea if this is a Seattle thing or that particular shop, but these tips crumble with nothing touching them! The first time, they looked like I scrapped my nails against a concrete wall but uneven. I wonder if these are biodegradable nails! We've never had a experience like this in our lives. My friend decided not to even get the tips the second time. So I'm showing this was not a weird fluke both of us just happened to have our nails crumbled before our eyes. Again the people were very nice but their products are dollar tree quality. Sorry but I'm just starting facts.

I had regular gel manicure here. I wanted something simple and easy so I opted for a jelly nail in light pink. I was satisfied with the results. If I can make one suggestion: I wish they’re a bit more obvious about the cleaning process for their tools. I didn’t know what was sanitized. They all look clean tho. Pleasant atmosphere inside. Comfortable seats.

The nail tech ended up redoing the same 5 nails 3-4 times, didn’t say a single word to me, and my fill took two hours. I had also made an appointment. Then they wanted to charge me full price. I asked if they could offer a discount and they offered $5. Then the manager came over, I tried explaining what happened and the nail tech said it was because of the color I chose. Which if that was the case, then tell me and ask me to pick a different color? The manager got irritated with me and offered $8 off. I was very calm, patient and respectful this whole time, and I didn’t receive an ounce of empathy for my time being taken. And my nails look like this btw… I was planning on being a regular here but unfortunately I won’t be going back after this

My first time over here. Very neat and intricate work. I’m loving the colour and they have variety of colour options. Although a bit pricey but it was worth it!
