Hands down the best authentic Sichuan Chinese food I've ever had in the Washington Metro area and possibly the country. I first tried the Chongqing style noodle bowl w/beef and it was incredibly delicious and generous portion size. I've been in the US since childhood and this is the first restaurant to serve handmade authentic style "Alkaline" Xiao Mian noodles! The cook makes the noodles fresh each day and you can taste the difference. I’ve yet to find another restaurant in the US that does this! I was so blown away by the Noodle bowl that I ended ordering 5 other dishes! Everything from the Homemade twice cooked pork, Lotus root / spicy pork ribs, Shredded pork, wontons were the best authentic Sichuan Chinese food I've had in my decades in the states. Did I mention the noodle bowls? Highly recommend this additive true gem!
