Zen Head Spa

The ladies were sweet and accommodating, the location is pretty zen, but the actual experience was way less than expected. We bought a Groupon for a 60 minute, which was 50 minutes of hands-on treatment time. And we only got 35 minutes. There was hardly any massage on the neck and shoulders for myself. My mom came with me and she didn't get any of the head scraping and the different tools used, and nothing touched on her face like I did. I feel like this was just a glorified shampoo and condition. I guess my biggest issue was. We didn't get our full fifty minutes of treatment time and there was definitely not enough massage included. I definitely don't feel like I got my money's worth. Then, towards the last ten minutes, next door is some kind of gym, and there was weights dropping constantly. It was very startling when you're so relaxed. It also said we had a scalp analysis included in our groupon, and we did not get that service.

My husband and I went in today to utilize our Groupon. She let us know in order to use the Groupon on a weekend we need to add on a service. We opted to add on facials. The Groupon itself was for a 50min head treatment and then we paid an additional $40.00 each for facials. We were scheduled to have our service at 9am and told to show up 10minutes early so we got there at 8:50am. The person that was doing my husbands treatment didn’t show up until 9:08am. Let’s say our treatment started within 2min at 9:10am, well it finished at exactly 10am which is 50min of total treatment time. So I don’t know what we paid an additional $40.00 for. When I asked how long the facial normally lasts at the end of treatment they said 15-20min while the head treatment itself was supposed to be 50min. The ladies were lovely, it was relaxing and the oils smelled great but I couldn't help leaving feeling somewhat bamboozled.

I just got the introductory head spa from DJ and it was AMAZING to say the least, the massage on the neck and shoulders was the best part for me. He did a great job and you could tell he loves his job. Schedule your appointment with DJ!! Oh and my hair feels amazing too, he showed me my clean healthy scalp afterwards with a cool little device. 10/10 experience.

I went in on April 9 and reserved the "Zen ritual for face and scalp" The people who assisted me were nice, but the services provided were sub par and not what I was thinking they would be. I was directed to a bathroom to put a towel around …
