I called my refill in May 9th because it usually isn’t filled on time. The lady questioned me on why I needed more, and I explained that I was not out, but I didn’t want to go without when the time came. Now that I have 1 day left (May 16) it still has not been filled. I’ve called several times two days in a row, no one ever answered the phone and the call would be ended.

Came to the wrong location and she was able to transfer my prescription. The other location was closed but she managed to get them to send it. I am thankful to her and the care she showed me.
