The doctor was very caring and took the time to clearly explain my eye condition and recommend the most suitable treatment. The examination process was quick but very thorough, which made me feel reassured. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the level of care provided here. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.
Absolute favorite optometry store! The staff are all super friendly and the glasses selection is top tier with a range of affordable to designer brands. Dr. Namihas is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I've heard the other providers are also amazing. I've ordered both contacts and glasses through my Eyemed insurance. My whole family goes here now and we all love it!
Very nice and professional, they explain everything to you in either Vietnamese and English. They have a very large selection of glasses frames in many styles for young and older generation but still being modern. I came in for a contact lens fitting because I had a good experience in the past and I left with 10 day trial supply for ordering 3 months. If you get a year supply they do have a large rebate for $400 if you pay $920 upfront. The whole process from walking into the store, getting an exam, to trying on the fitting and leaving with my trials took a quick hour.
Just had the best eye exam experience ever! Dr. Chau is a total gem—super thoughtful and knows her stuff. She made everything crystal clear and put me at ease. After the exam, Miss Lan Ann was a lifesaver, helping me snag the perfect Cartier frame and lens combo that fits my vision and lifestyle. I’m over the moon with my new glasses and can’t wait to tell my fam and friends about this amazing place! 😎👓✨ Obsessed!
I’m very happy with my visit to 20/20 Vision Optometric Center. From check-in to checkout, the entire team was welcoming and professional. The exam was thorough, and the doctor explained my vision needs clearly and patiently. I appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service.
