Omar, was beyond amazing!! I bought a Nissan van from them with over 100,000 miles. I was concerned because I live in Raleigh North Carolina and I could come see the van. I found a local mechanic in Texas and Omar delivered it over to the shop so I could verify everything! It checked out like Omar said it would!! I bought the vehicle and they delivered it to Raleigh in a timely fashion and Omar worked with me through the whole process. I would recommend this business for anybody. I owe a business myself and understand how difficult and rewarding it could be and these guys truly run an amazing business and that’s a lot of thanks to Omar.

Initial experience: They texted me right away after I submit an inquiry. The van is mint condition. They don't play games and work super fast. Omar is excellent and the whole deal done in 30 mins. Never felt so easy buying a vehicle. After the van got in hand: The is second update of this: The van has two error lights, windshield washer and Tire pressure, brough it to a shop, turns out the washer reservoir is leaked all the way and need replacement, has a collision damage before so the end link is bend, inner tie road and control arm also wear out, the worst part is the roof at the rear has a crack and and massive water got in from a recently rain. i inspected it carefully and found the roof was push in and popped up a little from a hit before, that's why the rear door color was slightly from comparing to the other side. I wouldn't be upset if these was mentioned before I purchase it and they have a shop there as well, so I am sure they did a quick check after they brough this van from auction. Texted them twice just to get a digital receipt but i haven't got a copy yet, communication level drops once the sales is done.

I recently bought a car through 3400 Auto Sales, and Jailene was so accommodating and helpful. This is the first time I’ve bought a car outright instead of financing, and I was scared, but everyone there was so sweet and answered every question I had. I also had to bring both of my kids with me to pick the vehicle up, and Jailene was nice enough to keep them company while I was doing paperwork. They’re family owned which is a huge plus, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Especially if you’re new to the car buying game!

Omar was so good to me and my family. He made negotiations feel fair. & 1# thing is he made sure me and the kids were in a safe used car that was going to last us. His communication was always respectful and understanding. I will definitely be coming back for my future purchases and mechanics
