360 Insurance

I’ve been using Terrys services for a while since I turned 18 and this year I just turned 25. He seemed very nice initially and I am class about insurance anything so I put full trust in him. I had previous experience of trying to get auto insurance on my own and had trouble making sure I had all the coverages that would be necessary. I was pretty transparent with him about how the whole point of me going to him is to make sure I have rental and medical coverage on there. As per attached screenshot. Now I know a few years ago I was dumb as heck and should’ve went deeper in the gieco app to look at my declarations sheet, which now I’ve learned about. Fast forward to now some who is uninsured hits me, I’m think oh I should have rental. To my surprise I don’t have that or UNNIN, which I also now know about. My husband then reminded me “didn’t you specifically wanted to make sure that stuff was included when we went to Terry?” I went back to check our messages and I did ask him pretty clearly and made it clear that’s what I need. At that time, I was also tight on finances and needed coverage, not knowing any better I trusted my insurance agent because I needed auto insurance to drive obviously. He did his job in the sense that he found us coverage, but failed to fully explain what we were getting into. Keep in mind this man is well aware at that point in time that I’m clueless about auto insurance stuff so he definetly took advantage. As per screenshots attached, I made sure to ask all the questions, but he neglected to answer or take the 5 minutes out of his day to explain to his client what is all on their plan. I should’ve double checked so that’s on me I take responsibility for that however, the demographic that seeks out his services are individuals who don’t know much about this or don’t know English and needs help. Bare minimum from him as a provider of this service is to take the 5 minutes to explain fully to his customer. He also does some pretty sketch business on ways to lower peoples rates claiming they won’t checked. Just make sure you keep all records of conversations with him especially because he tries to do most of his recruiting by making a happy birthday post on your Facebook page and doing transactions through messenger. Make sure you keep all receipts and paper trail of him being the one to put in the information and got you the insurance because if you get in an accident and end up getting g asked for proof it will fall on you. So long story short, just learn and do all this on your own cause you cannot trust anyone but you lol.
