Aria Nail Bar

I just visited the Aria Nail Bar and was initially happy with how my nails turned out, but I was very disappointed by the lack of pricing transparency. Before booking, I reviewed the salon’s online pricing and selected what appeared to be the “Solar Pink and White Fullset With Gel” service, which was listed at $60. Since I also requested a specific shape, I expected to pay around $65 before tip. Instead, my final bill came to $88 before tip and $101.20 after tip. Looking at the breakdown, I was charged $20 for French design, $5 for shape, $3 for length, and $10 for removal on top of the base service. What was confusing is that the online service description made it seem like the pink-and-white full set already included the French look, so I was surprised to see an additional $20 French design charge. My nails are also mostly my natural length, with only three small tips added to correct the direction of growth on two nails and replace one that had broken, so the length charge was unexpected as well. I understand and accept that removal may carry an additional fee since it requires extra work; however, the amount charged and the lack of communication about the additional costs before the service began completely caught me off guard when presented the final total. The quality of the nails themselves is good, but I would strongly encourage the salon to be more upfront about add-on charges and clarify which services are included in the listed prices. Had the pricing been explained beforehand, I would have been able to make a more informed decision and avoid the surprise at checkout. Overall, I like the finished result, but the discrepancy between the advertised pricing and the final bill significantly impacted my experience.

My mother and I went to get our nails done together. It had been a few years since we last treated ourselves but after deliberating a few spots in the Frisco area we decided on Aria Nail Bar. Overall the experience was pleasant from start to finish. The space was clean and the employees got right to work after seeing our inspo pictures. I myself was a bit hesitant as I wasn't sure they could replicate the "jelly" sorta look i was wanting to achieve. Nevertheless, I sat back, enjoyed the experience and let Vio take the wheel while Teresa worked on my mother. They were both zoned in, polite and clear with communication when needed with Vio making sure I approved of the color and Teresa making sure the length of my mother's acrylic was to her perfect preference. I don't write reviews often but these two did amazing. My mother and I can't stop staring at our nails! I got the Gel X/Gel builder whereas my mother chose an acrylic set. Two totally different styles and designs but both executed perfectly. We absolutely LOVE them and plan on coming back in the future! I'll put my spendings (excluding tip) down below for reference! Everyone there was nice but the nails just weren’t it I got them done and 2 days later the paint on my nails came off and then I went back. They did it for free repainting them and then literally the next day. The paint came right back off even worse. Also, some of my nails are crooked and for the $85 that I spent on my nails Its just not worth it also, they were originally 90 bucks and then they were like we’re gonna give you a discount. It’s 85 appreciate the discount because a full 90 for these ain’t it EDIT they reached out to me and offered me a free redo of the full set, but they only redid the four fingers that are messed up, which is fine. I mean I don’t really care at this point!

I had the pleasure of coming back to Aria Nails. Tracy, Vy Tech, and Teresa are amazing. They provided excellent service and just created a welcoming environment. I will definitely be back to see these wonderful ladies. Also, Teresa does beautiful nail art. She was teaching today ❤️🙏🏾!!! …
