This place is amazing! I got a full body massage for 90 minutes and the attention to detail was spot on. I did not expect a nice little snack at the end of my session, and it was delicious and adorable. The ladies were so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Hands down one of the BEST things I have done for myself! It was AMAZING! The attention to detail was FANTASTIC! All the products they used smelled AWESOME!! Tina was so Sweet, and Very friendly. I will MOST DEFINITELY go back monthly! If you have not tried it, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! (BTW, the service I did was the Anti-aging scalp treament) Thanks a Million Tina for a relaxing service after the work day! 😀 They also gave me a coupon for my next visit, now that is SERVICE!! ❤️❤️

I booked an appointment at Vivian Head Spa as a birthday gift to myself, and they did not disappoint! I have 4A/4B hair, and I was initially worried about whether they would know how to properly care for my texture. They reassured me beforehand, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the experience. Just to be safe, I brought my own heat protectant spray and a wide-tooth comb attachment. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit their dryer, but I was informed that they plan to add a Dyson comb attachment in the future! My service provider, Heera, was eager to learn how to properly handle my hair. I gave her a quick lesson on sectioning and using their blow dryer for my hair type, and she did an amazing job! From the wash and scalp massage to the blowout, everything was incredible. The service was a 10/10. The atmosphere was welcoming, the decor was beautiful, and the customer service was excellent all around. I will definitely be back. (I booked the Anti-Aging Scalp Therapy) Book with Heera!

This was worth every penny. I got some deluxe little bit of everything package. I started with a massage. That was glorious. I've had many massage in my day, that was the tops! I followed that with a facial. This was my first facial so I wasn't sure what to expect. They did all sorts of crazy things. I absolutely loved getting my face steamed in while my face was steaming they were rubbing my shoulders & my back I could have died I was so happy! They did so many more treatments I am a noob here so I don't know all of the right words but they did all of the things. I personally could not do that for an hour again but for my first experience I wanted to know exactly all my options and wow! I followed that with a head spa and I fully recommend that to any person ever!!! Vicki was my helper for today and she was wonderful and kind. She explained and guided where I needed. The ambiance was excellent! There was quiet music it was very calm very peaceful, dark lighting. Very private for the massage. The head spot in the facial were out in a common room but not that you could be seen by the front entrance. When you entered you checked in and then you put your stuff in a locker and changed into a spa outfit. As a plus size person those always concern me, no worries whatsoever perfectly fine. Then before I went back they did a scan of my scalp and told me about what was going on with my scalp in my hair. That was the most fantastic 3 hours of ever! When I was done with my final treatment, they took me back to a quiet room where they had blow dryers and she blow-dried and combed out my hair, they had little snacks and drinks available ready to go at your station. They said take your time after they got my hair dried. Then I went back up front, changed and then paid and left. I would highly recommend this, give it a try! Remember you get what you pay for, so if you want to give it a real try look at reviews and look at services, and make sure you know what you want! Thank you thank you!!

This is our third time visiting Vivian Head Spa, and every single time has been absolutely incredible. We’ve done the full body massages and head spa treatments, and it has truly become our favorite couple’s self-care ritual. Every visit feels like we are in heaven — so relaxing, peaceful, and rejuvenating. What really sets them apart is the experience. The ambiance is calming and luxurious, and the customer service is beyond amazing. After our last visit, the owner personally messaged us to follow up — that level of care speaks volumes. You can truly feel how much they value their clients. I actually started going to them when they were located in Lewisville, and now that they’ve moved to Plano and expanded, the experience has only gotten better. The space is more elevated, yet they’ve kept the same warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail that made us fall in love with them in the first place. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect, and treat yourself (or make it a couples experience like we do), Vivian Head Spa is it. We will definitely be back again and again!
